Homeland is one of my favorite TV Shows. For my taste, it's second to 24 ingawaje kuna kitu nakipenda zaidi kwenye Homeland as compared to 24... LITTLE VIOLENCE but story! As we all know, wale wapenzi wa Homeland, Carrie Mathison, a bipolar CIA Case Officer amepangiwa kituo cha kazi ambacho ni sawa na kusema ametupwa mdomoni mwa magaidi... na nchi ambazo ni haters wa US! Mbaya zaidi, by the time Carrie anatupwa Afghanistan alikuwa na ujauzito... je alilea mimba yake hadi kujifungua wakati alishaanza kuonesa kukerwa ni mimba hiyo? kama alijifungua, will the child make her remain in her desk au hasira zake kwa magaidi zitakuwa ndio priority kwake as usual and the baby later? What will happen ikitokea kwamba the little Prince/Princess anaingia mikononi mwa magaidi? Anyway, tusiandikie mate wakati wino ushaletwa darasani! 804_4_0_prm-keyart_1024x640.jpg

INTRODUCTION:
HOMELAND is an edge-of-your-seat sensation. CIA officer Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) is tops in her field despite being bipolar, which makes her volatile and unpredictable. With the help of her long-time mentor Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin), Carrie fearlessly risks everything, including her personal well-being and even sanity, at every turn. You won't be able to turn away from this gripping, emotional thriller in which nothing short of the fate of our nation is at stake. Crack CIA agent Carrie Mathison plays by her own rules when it comes to protecting the US from terrorist attacks. Her uncanny intuition, dogged determination, and gift for persuasion helped her identify Nicholas Brody as a terrorist and convert him to an ally. She also headed the operation to capture and kill al-Qaeda mastermind Abu Nazir, and turned the man responsible for the CIA bombing, Majid Javadi, into an invaluable US asset. Along the way, she fell in love with Brody and became pregnant with his child, which made his arrest and execution that much more traumatic for her. Now with a baby to raise and a fast-tracked career as an overseas station chief, Carrie is forced to make difficult choices about the direction she wants her life to take
Season 3 ended with the show -- finally, some likely sighed -- killing off Nicolas Brody (Damian Lewis), whose ever-shifting allegiances (with increasingly murky motives) had tested the goodwill many critics and viewers gave the show from its inception. Others had also grown tired of the storylines involving Brody's family, including his moody teenage daughter, Dana (Morgan Saylor) -- who will also be gone with this new season's arrival. Season 4 begins with Carrie, the CIA Chief of Station in Kabul, making a critical decision when her counterpart in Islamabad delivers urgent intelligence on a high-value target. Back in the U.S., Saul struggles to adjust to the private sector.
The highly anticipated "Homeland" Season 4 is set to premiere on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014. Showtime's super hit thriller series will bring back most of the main characters including Claire Danes (Carrie Mathison), Rupert Friend (Peter Quinn) and Mandy Patinkin (Saul Berenson), except Brody (Damian Lewis). Fans are eager to see how Carrie's life shapes up after Brody's unexpected death. Here are few spoilers from the "Homeland" Season 4 episode 1 (Premiere) "The Drone Queen." As Season 4 of Homeland begins, her baby is still around, but Carrie has found ways, most of the time, to keep an emotional and physical distance. She has pulled the same trick with her old CIA boss, Saul Berenson, played by Mandy Patinkin, who's now working for a private security firm. They haven't spoken in months. Yet when Saul shows up, attending a Pentagon briefing and unable to keep his thoughts to himself, it's clear that Homeland, this many years in, is just like Saul: It still has things to say, and ideas to explore, even if they're not always comfortable to absorb. land, Showtime's most beloved, reviled, complex and silly series, returns for its fourth season on Sunday. Like every premiere before it, the new episodes pick up in the wake of some cataclysm - the chess board overturned, the pieces all scattered. The brilliantly unstable CIA officer Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) is back in the field, where, she's joined by Laila Robins as a U.S. ambassador, Corey Stoll as a CIA station chief and Suraj Sharma as a promising potential asset. This should come as a relief: "Homeland" is safe without Sgt. Nicholas Brody. Season 4 of "Homeland" begins Sunday night on Showtime on a new and better course, namely back to where it started. This sophisticated espionage thriller is once again woven around the jagged complexities of its heroine, Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes), a bipolar C.I.A. officer whose chief asset is that she is so maladjusted and blindly determined that she detects dangers that nobody else can see. Tyrant, wow! A great show though am now sick and tired the way these guys now-a-days ends their shows/seasons! Even the way 24 season 9 ended is very different from previous seasons ( season 1 to 8) which none of them ever left unanswered question! Did you watch The Last Ship? I loved it though na yenyewe imeacha unanswered questions... waiting for season 2! I am now waiting to see how will Legends(2014) end!

That is a commonly used tool in serial literature. To keep you hooked and on the edge liie a cliffhanger.

Yeah, I know but in those old days, it's enough to leave you hooked but not with unanswered questions! For instance, Homeland Season 3, Sgt Brody is hanged... what else? The guy is hanged and that's it... coz' even in the real world that's how things happen... only a crazy person can ask what happened next to Sgt Brody! The guy is dead and that's all! May be people would ask how will his family survive without him... this's not unanswered question coz' that's how things are even in the real world!

PB Season 1, Michael Schofield and fellows break the Fox River Penitentiary. The idea was to break out and the mission got accomplished. If they'd be rearrested is another story as no one should suffer if they'd be rearrested or they'd disappear for good coz' even in the real world! But what if Schofield & Co. would be stranded en route along the escaping
tunnel and season 1 ends there? The questions would follow if the dudes made it or get caught while trying? They'd leave the audience in dilemma to know whether the mission is accomplished (breaking out) or not! With this modern finishing style, I bet PB Season 1 would end when Michael & Co were still along the tunnel... Bongo Movie Style! Technically, it's the story idea that should move the series/movie from one season/part to another and not uncompleted mission.
