Courts do not necessarily offer justice, they do laws (interpretation and adherence to rather). True justice comes only from God. There is not any concrete evidence to link the RPF, RDF or the Rwandan government to the deaths of the people you mentioned. You make it look as if the only enemy those people had was Kagame? Prof Mwaikusa was killed by armed robbers. Show us evidence that he killed by Kigali. You can't peg his death to Rwanda. How many advocates have worked with the ICTR that have not been killed? Why is Judge Meron still walking the streets even though he deliberately let go of murderers like Kabiligi?
As for Nyamwasa, I am amazed as to how you can give any credence to a traitor in exile. Even the CIA does not trust what snitching exiles have to say. Exiles tend to say and in most cases fabricate and exaggerate events so as to justify their status with their host nations and backers. For a hutu extremist like you to quote Nyamwasa is very unfortunate. Had it not been for Pres Kagame, Nyamwasa and his clique of hardliners would have unleashed a bloody campaign to avenge the genocide against the tutsi. It is Pres Kagame's wisdom that kept people like he in check. And this is the thanks you give Kagame? Nyamwasa is a dangerous man especially to extremist hutus like you. Again, do not bring your genocidaire sources to try to back your deposit. Do you really expect anyone to give a hoot to what France or its hardline hutu puppets and news outlets have to say about Rwanda? Nigga please.
1. So now ICTR is totally irrelevant to you ( i don't know how you feel about bagosora and other cases) how do we know then that these guys are guilty? hebu sema ni kivipi hawa jamaa ni guilty even though ICTR has set them free with not a single charge.
2. Prof was killed shortly after he called for kagame to be indicted at the same court, plus the "armed robbers" only seemed interested in his mkoba uliokuwa na nyaraka za kesi.....some armed robbers indeed. what about the others though? they too died conincidentally after disagreeing with kagame/RPF?
3. As for nyamwasa being a traitor, dude, im Tanzanian, whether he is or he is not it's not for me to decide, i judge him as i see fit. As a Tanzanian you would remember how many "traitors" we helped: museveni, john garang, jaramogi odinga, plus a host of others (review kikwete's speech in SA).. so you see we are nation that judge for ourselves whether political dissidents are traitors or not.
Halafu there you go again about how kagame stopped Nyamwasa and co blah blah, so when was this? they fell out in what 2010, the "genocide" was in 1994! so for all these 16 years Nyamwasa and co weren't extremists, they only became extremists after falling out with kagame in 2010? please, there are many qualities you can attribute to kagame i dont think wisdom is one of them!
4. about my sources, hapa unachekesha as everyone here can see i have cited three sources, only ONE from the french-rwanda website, and two from THE GUARDIAN (UK) . From the french source i have taken a QUOTATION, what Nyamwasa had said, not an analysis from the website..but here you go! Unless of course you want to say THE GUARDIAN UK is a "hardline hutu news outlet":smile-big: tutsi please!
