Mwanamke Initiatives Foundation (MIF) Launched the "UPISHI SALAMA Project - Upishi Salama kwa Afya ya Mpishi"

Mwanamke Initiatives Foundation (MIF), in partnership with Equity Group Foundation (EGF) Equity Bank Tanzania and ORXY, on 6th March 2024, has launched the "UPISHI SALAMA Project" with the slogan "Upishi Salama kwa Afya ya Mpishi." at Hasnu Makame Secondary School.​

This initiative aims to reduce the consumption of charcoal and firewood in schools and households in Zanzibar, The project seeks to address the challenge of climate change, and the well-being of the chefs and students, create conducive learning environments for students, improve student performance, and benefit communities by preserving the environment.
