She put on a brave face and even afforded a smile, but behind it all, you could tell the pain that characterised Millicent Mugadi's expulsion from the Big Brother House.
It was even more painful considering that she was only a hurdle away from the grand finale in the biggest reality TV show on the continent.
Had the 28-year-old made it past Sunday, she would have stood a chance of being one of the two finalists to go home with $200,000 (Sh18 million).
No Kenyan has won the top prize ever since the show started in 2002.
