POLISI Dar es Salaam jana walilazimika kufyatua risasi hewani baada ya kutokea mtafaruku kati ya wafanyabiashara ndogondogo, mgambo wa jiji na maofisa wa Taasisi ya Kuzuia na Kupambana na Rushwa (Takukuru) waliokwenda sokoni Kariakoo kuweka mtego wa kuwakamata mgambo wanaodaiwa kuwakamata machinga hao na kuwadai rushwa.

Vurugu hizo zilitokea mtaa wa Gerezani majira ya saa tisa alasiri baada ya machinga kwenda Takukuru kupewa fedha za mtego ambazo zilimnasa mgambo ‘mtarajiwa.'

Kwa mujibu wa mashuhuda, kabla ya polisi kuingilia kati machinga walirushiana mawe na mgambo wengine wa jiji ambao hawakukubali kuona mwenzao anachukuliwa na askari wa Takukuru. Vurugu hiyo ilisababisha magari kusimama kwa muda na watembea kwa miguu kujificha dhidi ya ‘mvua ya mawe.'

Kabla ya tukio hilo inaelezwa kuwa machinga walikwenda ofisi za Takukuru ambako walipewa maofisa watatu waliokwenda nao Kariakoo na muda mfupi baadaye mgambo walifika eneo walilozoea kukamata na kupewa rushwa ndipo mambo yalipowageukia wakati wakiwanyang'anya wafanyabiashara hao bidhaa zao baada ya maofisa hao kuonyesha vitambulisho vyao na kuwaamuru kwenda Kituo cha Polisi Msimbazi.

Wakati walipokuwa wakiwapeleka kituoni mgambo hao hawakukubali ndipo vurugu zilipoanza kati ya machinga na mgambo hali iliyosababisha mgambo waliokamatwa kupigwa na machinga kabla ya wenzao kuingilia kati na baadaye polisi kuja kutuliza ghasia.

Watanzania wamechoshwa na kuonewa na mafisadi, mawe yalianzia Tarime Rev Mtikila na Sengodo Mvungi kwenye uchaguzi wa mbunge na Diwani. Mzee wa kaya naye alioona adha ya mawe Mbeya, waalimu nao hawako nyuma kwenye kurusha mawe pale walipoona kiongozi wao amewasaliti kwenye mgomo, mawe mengine yamerushwa na hao vijana wa kimachinga zidi ya waonevu wao Mgambo...haya mawe kwanini yasihamie 2010 kuwanyima hao wanaoleta hizi dhiki kwa wanatanzania...huu ni mwanzo mzuri

In no time yatakuwa mambo ya Orange Rev ya kumtaka raisi aachie madaraka though somehow the case may be different.
Once we have a strong political leader who is charimatic and has the power to bring people together this can be done.
The country has spun out of control and thye president is doing absolutely nothing about this issue
He is delegating powers to other people forgeting that its the people who put him where he is today.

Mkuu una taarifa a person whom you have delegated powers to can not delegate powers to another?

JK has overconfidently let his advisors play his role.Everything is loosing control.Wazee wanarusha mawe hazina,walimu wanagoma,wanafunzi na yeye mwenyewe anapigwa mawe.

The present leadership is more transparent,allows freedom of expression in the real sense and as a result we see those having prolems coming forward to demostrate their feelings and portary their demands without fear unlike from other administrations.

That is why we see teachers,students and more other people from different walks of life saying loudly and bluntly whatever they want to say.

Previously like in Nyerere's ,Mwinyi's and even Mkapa's daysdays the rulers would not allow the people to stage demos as they do now.many would have ended up shot like rats! i recall those workers in Kilombero who were shot by the police,the Mwembechai killings,Pemba bloodshed,The Vijiji vya Ujamaa episodes and killings which made Ally Hassan Mwinyi to resign.

The people feel safe now to throw stones!!!If this could be carried out in 2004 some people would have died by police shootings!

The credit goes to JK who advocates more freedom and democracy to the people better than his predeccesors.

I think if we decide to call upon all Tax Payers to stop the activities that generates this taxes just for hours, They will know we are serious and we mean something. Haiwezekani hela kama za EPA na nyingine ziliwe nasi tuendelee kukatwa daily bila kuona hatua za that zinachukuliwa.

Naona kupitia neema za SMS za bure composers of Good SMS can create sothing to address this and we can stand together to challenge our goverment.

Unajidanganya. hao uliowataja nao wangefikia kuwaacha mafisadi wezi wakitamba huku wananchi wakifungwa kwa kuiba kuku, pia hali ingefikia hivi. Hii sio credit kwa JK, na kama ndio kwa nini basi askari wamekivamia kijiji ili kukamata WANAOSHUKIWA kutupa mawe. Si wangeacha tu! Laiti wangefanya hivyo hata kwa WANAOSHUKIWA kwa EPA!
Hii ni nguvu ya Wananchi inaanza kufanya kazi sio uhuru wala demokrasia kama unavyodai. Marehemu Causescu (kama ndio inavyoandikwa!) wa Romania, analifahamu hili vizuri!

At the same time JK also advocates more freedom to Mafisadi without doing anything to prosecute them and stop this nonsense of stealing billions of shillings from the Govt coffers and signing bogus contracts, and this is the main reason why people are fed up with JK's failures. Does he deserves any kudos? not in my opinion.
