Mtanzania anaweza Kutajirika

Well sometimes home is where you live....ukiondoa ughaibuni for some of us:) Kwa hiyo hao wanajamii waliohamishwa kwenye makazi mapya enzi hizo, itabidi watambue kuwa wanapoishi ndipo cummunity yao ilipo, na wanapaswa kuitumikia kwa nguvu na mali zote. Mimi siku zote naona haijakaa sawa, kwa mchaga aliyezaliwa na kulowea Mtwara (anaongea mpaka kimakonde, let alone kula panya) anapohamua kwenda kuchangia ujenzi wa shule Machame wakati anapoishi kuna ukosefu wa shule za kutosha.

On the other hand, bado kuna community ya tanzania yote as awhole. Mfano nilioutoa wa kuwa guest speaker vyuoni unalenga ku-give back to the Tz community bila ya kujali kabila, dini, na tabaka.

Baba yangu alifanya kazi serikali na kwa wastani alikaa sehemu moja kwa miaka minne. Hata kama alitaka kufanya bond sehemu aliyohamia, ni lazima alifikiri kuwa kuna siku atahama na kuna siku atastaafu na kurudi kwao kupumzika.

Wafanyakazi wa serikali wengi wao ni normads na kwa bahati mbaya au nzuri hao ndio wenye elimu. Hivyo ni mkitaka watu wa-pay back community ni lazima wakae kwenye makazi wanayofanyia kazi kwa muda mrefu na kuwa na uhusiano nayo.

Unayosema ni kweli lakini ni lazima tuangalie impact kwa jamii. Kuongea na walio vyuoni kunatoa msukumo mdogo sana kwa jamii. Na hiki kitu kimeshafanyika na matokeo yake kwa jamii za kwetu ni ya kusikitisha.

Wanafunzi wa vyuo vikuu wanapewa nafasi za kufanya practical trainings na kukutana na wataalamu mbalimbali na sioni mapungufu makubwa wao kutotembelewa.

Zaidi ya kurudi umasaaini kuomba kura za ubunge au urais. Ningependa nisikie, mtu anarudi kwao na kuweza kubadilisha maisha ya wamaasai bila kutumia nguvu.
 
Wajameni natanguliza heshima.

Mimi naamini kwamba mtu yeyote kujitajirisha ni kutokana na kufanya kazi kwa bidii huku ukiangalia mianya ya kufanyia biashara especialy za production. Katika hili la mianya ya biashara, mtu unatakiwa kuwa mtafutaji wa information na kuwa quick to act pale opportunity inapotokea.

Information na knowledge inasaidia sana kutambua priorities. Kwa mfano, mimi ningekuwa mkulima, ningelima mahindi ya kuchoma eka mbili kwa kila eka moja ya mahindi ya "chakula" nitakayolima. Mahindi ya kuchoma yanahitaji less labor work na yanatoa faida kubwa kwa eka ukilinganisha na mahindi ya ugali. Tatizo moja ni pale ambapo wakuu wa wilaya fulani wapumbavu, wanapozuia watu kuuza mahindi ya kuchoma. Huu ni ujinga na ni ukandamizaji wa wakulima, shame on them.

Mtanzania wa kawaida, bado anayo opportunity ya kufanya kilimo cha umwagiliaji kama yuko tayari kuhamia katika mapori na kama yuko tayari kuanza shamba katika sehemu ambazo ni ndani ndani na watu wengi hawaendi. haya maeneo bado yapo Bongo. It just needs courage kupambana na fisi na tembo etc. Lakini kwa kilimo cha umwagiliaji, mtu huweza kuwa na produce aout of season ambapo bei ni kubwa na profit margins can be mind blowing.

Mtanzania wa kawaida anatakiwa kutafuta elimu kwa nguvu zake zote. Kama ni mtanzania anayeweza kupata access ya internet once in a while, basi badala ya kuangalia picha za Paris Hilton na scandals za Britney Spears, anaweza kuingia kwenye mtandao wa FAO, na mitandao ya university nyingi za kilimo ambazo zinatoa vichapisho vingi kuhusu particular areas of agriculture. Miaka michache nyuma, graduates wa SUA walipewa offer ya kuelimishwa kuhusu ujasiri mali kwa bure, WAKAGOMA kwa madai kwamba NGO iliyokuwa inaendesha hiyo semina ilikuwa imepewa fedha nyingi sana na wafadhili za kuwagawia wao wanafunzi "per diem". Matokeo yake hiyo program ikafa!!! Wewe unapewa elimu bure, alafu unazidi kudai kwamba ulipwe ili ufundishwe!!! kwa kweli nilisikitika sana.

Mpaka hapa nimekuwa ninaongea zaidi kwa upande wa individual, kwa upande wa serikali, imani yangu ni kwamba kazi ya serikali ni kujenga mazingira safi kwa ajili ya internal producers ku prosper. Itakuwa ngumu sana kwa mkuliwa wa kitanzania kukua iwapo serikali itaendelea kuingiza mahindi kutoka Mexico na broiler kutoka Brazil ambako wenzetu are heavily subsidized by their governments!

Upande mwingine ambapo serikali ina role kubwa ni kwenye kujenga infrastructures. Kama wachangiaji wengine walivyokwisha sema ni kwamba bila mabarabara na reli, usafirishaji wa bidhaa unakuwa mgumu na watu wanaweza kujikuta wanadodewa na bidhaa huko vijijini. Tatizo ninaloliona ni kwamba wengi wa wanaofanya hizo decisions wanaishi mijini ambako kuna lami, na ndio hao hao watakaopitisha kwamba mahindi yawe imported kutoka Mexico kwa sababu kuja janga la "njaa". Wangelikuwa wanaishi vijijini, na kupata hizi adha za usafiri on daily basis, na kama wangalikuwa wanalazimika kupanda mabasi wanapokwenda vijijini na wala sio mashangingi, nina imani perspectives zao zingekuwa tofauti sana.

Upande mwingine ambapo serikali inaweza kucheza kama Pele au Fabrigas ni kuongeza, au ku encourage processing ya agricultural produce. Nimewahi kusikia mtu akisema kwamba huko Mbinga wakati wa msimu, ukitoa Tsh 500 unaweza ukapata debe zima la ma peas, ten na mama mtu mzima anakupigia magoti kukwambia asante. Labda hizi zilikuwa story za kwenye viti virefu, lakini kama kuna checbe ya ukweli, hayo matunda yangekuwa processed into juices na kuuzwa throughout the year. Serikali pia ingeweza kutoa subsidies kwa processors wadogo wadogo wanaofanya kazi kama hizo.

Mimi niko optimistic kuhusu huko tunakokwenda. Wana JF mmekuwa mfano mzuri sana katika vita dhidi ya ufisadi na hii itasaidia transparency katika utendaji wa serikali yetu. Nina imani kwamba yale mabilioni ya Bush yalipowekwa wazi kwamba yatajenga barabara kadhaa, haikuwa ajali. Kwanza inabidi tuwekeze ktk Elimu ili tuweze jenga database nzuri ya wasomi be it walimu,madaktali,maengineer etc.Elimu iendane na afya pia.


Pili:We need to capitalize on agriculture to have it mechanized throughout the country for maximum output hasa kwa kukitumia ipasavyo chuo chetu cha SUA.Katika kilimo pia ningeshauir kuimarisha makambi yote ya JKT am sure twaweza fika mahala pazuri.

Tatu:Then tuje kwenye natural resources apa serikali inabidi iwe makini extra-ordinarry hasa kweli mikataba isiokuwa na mbele wala nyuma iwe revised yote kwa maslai ya umma.

Nne:Tusiisahau utalii,we need to invest sizable amount of cash uko as returns zake ni nyingi pia.

Tano serikali yaitaji to embark on cost cutting measures hasa kuavoid unnecessary spendings as hii nchi ni masikini tukilitambua ilo manake kila tukifanyacho lazima tujiulize why?rationale ili kila senti itumike ipasavyo.

The other thing serikali huwa inatenga fedha nyingi kwa wizara ya ulinzi sawa nakubaliana na ilo lakini hao wanajeshi we need to utilize them effectively kama ktk shughuli za ujenzi,kilimo ili kujustfy ela wanazotengewa yearly na Audits ziwe zinafanywa uko sio mambo ya kuogopana apa najua kuna matumizi mengi yanafanywa uko alafu watu hawako accountable kisa amri za jeshi.Then amuru mtengenezewe ela za kijeshi basi that being the case.Jeshi libadilishwe and it has to be productive from now on.

Bila kusahau hawa TRA nao wana mianya mingi ya kuifilisi nchi someone has to be keen on them otherwise mimi kama raia wa kawaida sitakuwa na uchungu wa kulipa kodi kama itaishia matumboni mwa atu.Ili hayo mapato yatumike ipasavyo kuimarisha social services,miundo mbinu etc sio kuongeza mavx,idadi ya mawazili,warsha,semina,kongamanao,tume huo ni usanii mtupu as watu ambao ni results oriented vikao ni vichache ila kazi nod 95% of their time

Above all serikali inabidi iweke azabu kali juu na namna ya kuwaadhibu wala rushwa/mafisadi as juhudi zote zaweza kuwa watered don na hao watu.Bila kusahau commitment ya kila ambaye amepewa dhamana ya uongozi

Gonjajin,
Umezungumzia sekta muhimu sana kwa uchumi wetu (ingawaje tumefail kui-utilize miserably). Ukweli ni kwamba, ili kuweza kuinua kilimo tunahitaji mbinu za kisasa za kilimo, including pembejeo.

Speaking of pembejeo, hapa ndipo wafanyabiashara wanapo play their part kwenye kilimo. Badala ya kung'ang'ania biashara ya vipanya na vibajaji mijini, ni vipi kuhusu kumiliki matrekta huko vijijini na kukodisha kwa wakulima? Najua kuna watu tayari wanafanya hivyo, lakini sidhani kama wapo wa kutosha. To me, hiyo business bado mbichi.

Ha ha ha dreams!! Ndoto ndizo zenyewe. Mimi ninapumua, kula, na kulala kwa ndoto. Ndoto inayonisumbua kichwani sasa hivi ni kupeleka mtambo wa kuchimbua samaki mchanga kule kwetu Mwena, Masasi. Ninaota kufanya hawa underground shrimps kuwa chakula cha kimataifa. It's a dream!!!
 
Thanks all contributors for your useful ideas. Looks like we know exactly what to do to create wealth, but I do not know why things are not happening at a good speed as they are supossed to be.

I also have few additional points to make, about 50. These I believe are key issues which must be considered seriously to create a HEAVEN in our country. The rest may follow . . . Here we go . . . . . . .

1. It is only a nation's human capital that can be converted into real wealth and that human capital is much more valuable than its financial capital.

2. We needto motivate skilled Tanzanians to have the moral obligation to remain and work in Tanzania as some are too bad to loose and can contribute significantly to our development.

3. In order to revise the brain drain, multitude of sociopolitical issues have to be taken care of before those who are educated or have an entrepreneurship spirit could seriously stake their interest at home.

4. The high standards of life which we all need to have are not self created. They can be created by brave citizens of Tanzanians who have interests of their country’s prosperity at heart.

5. Lack of the right attitude could be our fundamental weakness which we must really strive to extricate ourselves from.

6. Good Education & Culture among Tanzanians are the key issues in developing.

7. The following are the basic principles of Development: Ethics as a basic principle; Integrity; Responsibility; Respect to the law and rules; Respect to the rights of other citizens; Work Loving; Strive for Saving & Investment; Will of Super Actions; Punctuality

8. With the right policies and environment, Graduates and school leavers should be able to create jobs instead of searching for jobs.

9. There should be a campaign to create environment for increased capital flows, create investment opportunities (domestic and foreign), etc that will create possibilities for advances in technology, efficient production processes, and the ultimate economic growth.

10. We should all determine to Network Tanzanian Nationals living outside Tanzania who are significantly potential to the development process in their home countries.

11. We must have objective to motivate Talented Tanzanians to be leaders in various key and strategic positions.

12. We must l campaign and influence to make sure that we have policies which protect our people, and put in place a level playing field on matters pertaining to critical issues such as opportunities for decent jobs ; decent educational facilities and life standard

13. We shouldl establish projects for poverty eradication not alleviation which will be sustainable investments and thus generate more jobs for our poor people.

14. Tanzania will develop via several stages, not in a single shot, but most important the plans will be made by some (not all) dedicated people of the land, who will spearheaded and escalated it to others, it will then became part of our culture - to love our own country!

15. Tanzanians living outside the country can bring the savings back home instead of keeping it outside the country. Not necessary to bring the money to invest (which would be best) but could keep it into a bank account, the bank will give the poor via the Micro-finance lending programmes and other credit facility available over here.

16. Tanzania can be run successful by people with good hearts

17. Tanzanians living abroad loves their country, although they may have other country citizenship! If motivated they will take interest to do more investments in the root country than abroad.

18. We should think to create a fund called TMF - The Tanzania Monetary Fund to cater for Tanzanians.

19. Tanzania can have a good human capital planning.

20. There should be Policies to protect, encourage, and advance the local professionals

21. Leaders should make a conscious decision to pass legislations to make sure that there are sound economic policies to encourage people to stay or even attract back families that left the county many years ago.

22. Inclusion of entrepreneurship courses in our curricular are important, for those who may wish to dive straight into the pool of self-employment and business will have to use the skills acquired to swim.

23. Its time now people should think more of Self Employment and creating jobs using more of brains with a minimum finance support. This is possible with the right ATTITUDE. PG therefore understands that ENTERPRENEURSHIP with RIGHT ATTITUDE could be some of the key issues.

24. Political will bring good policies.

25. Talented Tanzanians should try to have seats and positions in sensitive areas (e.g. Parliament). There are good people who are capable of creating a conducive environment of availing a political will.

26. We all need to work as a huge group of people with POSITIVE ATTITUDE and HIGHER DETERMINATION working towards ACHIEVABLE GOALS to bring positive changes.

27. Professionals and Intellectuals must be determined to make themselves a place where local and national politicians can learn a thing or two.

28. We can bring development through seriously research of issues, clearly defined problems, and find a set of proposed solutions (a if not , b, c, or d) based on resource availability and the ability to be implemented.

29. Our activities should go to the level of local communities. This could be in a form of a "home owners' association" in the area or a school's "parent-teacher association".

30. Talented and Patriotic Tanzanians must be Direction and Trend Setters and demonstrate the highest unquestionable degree of LEADERSHIP QUALITIES FROM CORPORATE , COMMUNITY AND PUBLIC GOVERNANCE PERSPECTIVE.

31. We must think of establishing dream projects and programmes which will need outstanding Coordinators.

32. We must have committed leaders and therefore the decision making will be decentralized to those in the grass-root. The advisors will be at various levels and national level.

33. We should entertains no unnecessary complains, anyone coming with a problem should come with at least a proposed solutions which others can contribute to solve.

34. Our leaders characteristic must be SIMPLICITY which will not recognize ranks, titles, races, religion etc.

35. We need to have Truly COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP

36. There should be a national-wide campaign for Wealth Creation, this calls for communication throughout the country. In this case projects need to be designed to include Radio, Television, Newspapers, ICT and other platform of communication and media which will make sure that everyone in Tanzania will be reached and will have a platform to express ideas at any given time.

37. ATTITUDE should be the first thing to be addressed by all Tanzanians.

38. In making decisions, the Decision should no longer now be about Majority (or Democracy if you like) of which has brought the country where we are now because of some bad democratic choices. We also need to think Democracy has always brought conflicts from the minority who has been defeated. We need to have a new theory now of Power of Ideas. In this case all ideas are to be reasoned out while compromising, they should be worked and accommodated and because Tanzanians is now striving to be a group of people with POSITIVE ATTITUDE, we only hope that all their ideas are good.


39. In proving the Power of Brain and Human capital, we must make a common understanding that we will not receive any AIDS or DONATIONS with negative conditions from outside the country or well wishers.

40. Fund management of the country should be controlled by strict finance and account regulations by the Government and Parliament which are vested with authority to manage on daily basis and advise to the public and report of fund affairs.

41. We must engage in Socialization together, consolations during sad moments, academic activities, selective joyous activities etc. to bring togetherness and brotherhood.

42. Educated and Talented Professionals must involve in developmental activities like activities geared towards informing Tanzanians on opportunities in carrier path, job opportunities, collective intellectual work that is rewarded, exchange of patriotic ideas which will bring the impact in building the economy by analyzing various issues of national interest like Government budget etc.


43. One of the main initiative of biggest task of Leaders must be to inspire and lead a way in the Re-Construction And Complete Overhaul And Transformation Of Tanzania into a Modern Developed Country.

44. We must establish Education Corridors across the country where several Education Dream Parks will be established containing all levels of Education Institutions.


45. For all those capable of accessing the Internet. Information is Power. We must intend to establish a project were every Tanzania with access to ICT have an e-mail address with standard address for all Tanzanians .

46. We must influence in producing school leavers and graduates with Positive Attitudes who are: more enterprising in whatever they do; interested in starting own businesses, not because they cannot secure jobs, but because it is a good career; able to successfully start and run businesses.

47. We must pioneer to the government to instituted a Policy on Entrepreneurship Development, which requires all schools and institutions to create an environment for achieving the above objectives.

48. We must stay away from Deceases and follow good health habits and guidelines to avoid deceases.

49. We must keep our faith of success very high.

50. We must Pray for Divine guidance and believe in God.

Nimeweka Management au Uongozi kwa sababu vitu vingi ulivyotaja au watu wanavyotaja watu wengine tayari tunavyo japokuwa sio vingi kama nchi zilizoendelea.

Chukua mfano wa injinia. Wako wachache lakini ukitaka kuanzisha kiwanda cha magari au mitambo yoyote kwa kutumia wataalamu wa kitanzania utaweza kufanya hivyo.

Kuhusu kilimo tuna watalaam wengi sana. Kuna kipindi tulikuwa na shule za mchepuo wa kilimo karibu kila wilaya.

Zaidi ya hapo, nchi nyingine zimesomeshwa wataalamu wengi sana. Na tuna uwezo wa kutumia ujuzi kutoka nje vilevile.

Tatizo linalokuja ni kuwa hatuna viongozi wenye vipaji au taaluma za kuongoza. Tuna wanasiasa ambao wanapenda kutawala.

Ukiwa na viongozi wenye vipaji au taaluma za uongozi kuna vitu muhimu wataviangalia.

Kwanza watakuwa na malengo ya kuyafanyia kazi na hayo mara nyingi yanakuwa machache.

Pili ni muda (duration na deadline). Kiongozi ni lazima ajue kuwa anachofanyia kazi kina maana pale kitakapo kamili katika muda uliotakiwa.

Tatu ni bajeti (resource). Hakuna sababu ya kujenga shule nchi zima wakati unaelewa kuwa bajeti uliyonayo haitoshi. Matokeo yake ni kuwa na wahitimu wasioweza kufanya mabadiliko. Vile vile matumizi mazuri ya bajeti yanaweza kutoa vitu usivyotegemea.

Kwa mfano pesa iliyotumika kununua rada ingetumika kwenye research center ya mambo ya rada, nina uhakika watanzania wangepata utalaamu wa rada na wasingehitaji tena kununua kutoka nje.

Nne matumizi ya vipaji (human resource). Kiongozi ni lazima ajue kuwapanga watu wake. Kwa mfano kazi za utaalamu wa juu hapa Marekani zinafanya na wataalamu wengi kutoka nje. Lakini ukitazama safu za viongozi unakuta wengi wao ni wamarekani. Wamarekani wana vyuo vinavyoongoza katika masuala ya uongozi, hivyo kwao umuhimu sio kuwa na wenye vipaji waliozaliwa marekani bali umuhimu kwao ni kuunganisha vipaji mbalimbali watakavyovipata kutoka sehemu yoyote hile duniani kutimiza malengo yao.

Tano kuwajibika. Viongozi wanaposhindwa kutimiza majukumu katika kipindi kilichotakiwa ni lazima wawajibike

Sita ni kuwa na mikakati yenye maana na inayoweza kutumika. Wakati mwingine viongozi wetu wanakuja na ndoto ambazo hazifanyi kazi. Rais anasema atatoa ajira 1,000,000 katika kipindi cha mwaka mmoja. Unakwenda mwaka wa tatu na hatuoni kazi zenyewe.

Politics inatokana na neno Polis (town). Na maana yake watu wa mijini walioishi pamoja ni lazima kutegemea na kushirikiana hili waweze kuishi pamoja na kwa mafanikio. Kwa mtaji huu huwezi kusema utarudi kwenu Mtwara uchimbe dagaa mchanga na kuuza nje. Kazi hii huwezi kufanya kwa kutegemea mtaji wako. Ni lazima liwepo kampuni litakalosafirisha dagaa mchanga wako. Ni lazima liwepo kampuni la umeme la kukupatia nguvu za umeme. Ni lazima kuwepo na mafuta. Hivyo biashara yako ni sehemu dogo ya matumizi ya mlaji.

Hivyo kitendawili chetu kikubwa ni uongozi.

Ona amabvyo vyote ni kitu kimoja tu, watu bila managemnet ni kazi bure, siasa safi bila manegemnt yake kuwa sahihi ni kazi bure, Uongozi bora bila good management yake ni kazi bure...ardhi bila watu in good manegement ni kazi bure. Na ninafikiri that is why tuko hapa tulipo.

MTU ambaye ndio esssence ya Management ni msingi wa vyote. Lakini ni mtu wa aina gani? Ni mtu ambaye anawezaku practise na kupokea good management ndio anaweza kupambana na mazingira yake kuyaendeleza. Si sahihi primarly, kupoint kwenye kitu kingine ....maana vyote vingine remains as a certain constant almost all over the world. Issue ni kiwango cha UTU ndani ya mtu...kinacho determine UONGOZI na WAONGOZWAJI kuweza kuachive maendeleo yao!!

Hili suala la uongozi ni gumu sana na ninaweza nisitoe jibu la kiridhisha.

Nilipokuwa Ulaya tuliunda timu yetu ya soccer ya waafrika na tukaenda kucheza na wazungu. Waafrika tulikuwa tunacheza mpira wenye danadana, chenga na pasi nyingi lakini tulishindwa mechi kwa zaidi ya magoli matano kwa zero.

Wazungu walikuwa na stamina na kila wakipata mpira walikuwa wanalenga golini na wakikosa wanarudi kulinda goli lao.

Kuanzia hapo nikaanza kupata tofauti kubwa kati ya sisi na wazungu. Ukiangalia timu za Ulaya utaona kuwa meneja au kocha ana kazi ya kuweka mikakati ya kushinda. Hivyo wachezaji ni lazima wa-fit system yake ya kuleta ushindi.

Vile vile ukianga mechi za basketball (NBA) utaona kuwa kocha kwenye benchi kazi ni kuongoza mapambano na anafanya mabadiliko ya kuleta ushindi kwa timu. Unavyoona jinsi Kocha au Meneja wa basketball au wa soccer wanavyoendesha timu zao, ndio hivyo hivyo viongozi wa siasa au makampuni wanavyoendesha shughuli zao.

Sitaweza kueleza kwa undani lakini kwa wenzetu kiongozi ana majukumu ya kutimiza malengo fulani. Hivyo wakati mwingi hawaangalii danadana na chenga za mwili, wanachoangalia ni magoli na ushindi wa kikombe. Hata kwenye michezo mingi ya marekani, hawamkumbuki mshindi wa pili.

JF ina wataalamu wengi wanaoweza kuchangia ni jinsi gani viongozi katika sehemu walizofanya waliweza kutimiza majukumu yao kwa muda na bajeti inayotakiwa. Na katika mawazo hayo tunaweza kuchagua ni vitu gani vinatufaa.

Unapopanga mradi au unaponuia kuinua maisha ya MTz, lazima uwe na Goal/Objective/LENGO ambalo linapimika, na pia njia za kufikia kwenye hilo LENGO zinawekwa wazi. LENGO inabidi liwe linapimika ili mtu uweze kumbana kiongozi au Maneger pale ambapo muda au kama alivyosema mchangiaji, DEADLINE inapofika. Ikifika deadline tunaangalia, tulimpa Maneger jukumu la kufanya a, b, c, d kwa kutumia mbinu hizi, na vifaa/nyenzo tulimpatia, Je ametimiza jukumu? kama hakutimiza tunampa adhabu gani? kama katimiza tunampa zawadi gani etc etc etc.

Ndugu yangu aliyetumia mfano wa timu za mpira wa miguu atakubaliana na mimi kwamba kazi kubwa ya Maneger wa timu ni kupanga strategy kutokana na uwezo wa wachezaji wake, pamoja na weakneses za upinzani. Didier Drogba ni foward mzuri sana, lakini itakuwa maajabu kama Maneger wake atampanga kuwa beki wa kushoto! Na hivyo hivyo viongozi wetu wanatakiwa kupanga timu zao za utendaji kazi kutokana na strengths za walioko chini yao.

Sasa tukirudi kwenye issue ya "Kumtajirisha" Mtz wa kawaida, hapo kuna mengi sana ambayo yanawezekana. Naungana mkono kwa asilimia zote na QuickMover kwamba hawa ndugu zetu wanaofanya biashara za vipanya inabidi wabadilishe strategy. Viapnya vimeshakuwa vingi mno. Badala ya Kipanya ni bora mtu hizo dola zako 7000 za kununulia kipanya ulete tractor, na mashine za kupalilia (hand tractors)ukakodisha watu kulima na kupalilia. Hii itamsaidia mkulima kuweza kulima na kutunza eneo kubwa zaidi na mazao mengi zaidi.

Kuhusu dagaa wachanga, wala usiwe na wasiwasi. Kama Wajapani na wachina wanakula samaki wabichi na mbwa respectively, basi Samaki Nchanga wala haitakuwa issue kubwa sana kuwa market.

5. Lack of the right attitude could be our fundamental weakness which we must really strive to extricate ourselves from.....

Gentlemen,this is the main difference between an average Tanzanian and an average Japanese.

There are more natural resources and more opportunities in our country compared to lets say Japan's but there are more wealthy persons in Japan than in Tanzania.

We have to change our atitudes and awaken our minds so that we can explore the ample opportunities in place.

In Tanzania it is easier getting rich than in many countries.
The lacking of the right atitude is the main reason we are left behind.

Na utajiri wa kuwa wealth ni utajiri wa kuendeshwa kwa misingi ya kibiashara na kutoa ajira. Na akasema watu weusi wengi wanataka kuwa rich.

Matajiri wengi weusi ni superstar. Na ni wachache sana wanaoweza kujiongezea kipato cha utajiri nje ya shughuli zilizowafanya kuwa superstar.

Kama mada ni watanzania kuwa RICH. Ndio tutakuwa tunatoka nje ya mada tukizungumza mambo ya management. Unachohitajika ni kuwa mwizi kama viongozi waliopo madarakani, superstar, kutia mikataba ya ulaghai na mambo mengine.

Lakini kama unataka utajiri wa kuweza kuajiri watu, kuongezea taifa uchumi na kuinufaisha jamii, management na financial skills ni vitu vya kwanza vya kuangalia ata kama biashara yako ni ya vipanya au tractor. Na hivyo ndio vitu tunavyotuangusha kabisa.

Sehemu ninayotoka ilikuwa ni ya kilimo. Wakati wa ukoloni mashamba makubwa yaliendeshwa kwa faida. Sasa hivi wazawa tena waliosoma shule wanashindwa kuendeleza shughuli za kilimo tena kwa kutumia zana.

Na kuna biashara nimeshajaribu Tanzania tena kwa kuwatumia watu waliosoma. Ukiwauliza wanasema biashara inakwenda vizuri. Ukiwaomba financial statements, unapewa hesabu za kichwani.

Kwa mtaji niliosema hapo siwezi kusema watu waache kufanya biashara ya vipanya kwa sababu kuna vipanya vingi. Au waanze kununua matractor kwa sababu ya kuna manufaa mengi katika kuendesha shughuli za kilimo. Nikiwa na financial statements za wanaofanya biashara ya vipanya na wanaofanya biashara ya kilimo tunaweza kutoa ushauri mzuri.

Wadau wenzangu, nimefuatilia kwa makini sana michango yenu, nashukuru kuwa michango yote kwa ujumla wake ina umuhimu wa namna yake katika kumkomboa mtanzania kutoka katika umasikini.

Sidhani kama ni rahisi kujadili ni jinsi gani mtanzania anaweza kujing'amua umasikinini mpaka kuwa tajiri bila ya kujadili mfumo mzima wa uongozi wa nchi. Serikali ya nchi ndio inatengeneza njia muhimu ambazo zinamwezesha mtanzania kujinasua kwenye umaskini. Nikisema njia muhimu, nina maanisha miundombinu, elimu, uongozi bora, n.k.

Ili tuweze kujadili jitihada ya mtanzania, kama mchakarikaji, kuweza kuondokana na umasikini, inabidi tu a-assume serikali imeshafanya kazi yake inavyotakiwa, na kwamba karibu njia zote muhimu zimeshasafishwa.

Sasa basi, assuming karibu kila kitu ni mswano kwa upande wa serikali, mtanzania huyu anaweza kutajirika kwa kufuata njia (simple solutions) zifuatavyo (not in any order):
1)Ndoto za mchana - Siku zote huwa tunafanya utani kwenye hii aina ya ndoto. Lakini ukweli ni kwamba sehemu kubwa ya mafanikio huwa yanaanzia kwenye ndoto. Ni lazima mtanzania huyu ajenge tabia ya kuota ndoto za mchana zinazohusu maendeleo yake. Mfano, unaota utanunua ng'ombe mjamzito....Akizaa, utaanza kuuza maziwa kwa jirani zako....then, mtaji utakuwa, utanunua ng'ombe wengi zaidi....then utakuwa big supplier wa maziwa katika mahoteli yote maarufu mjini.
2)Wivu na tamaa za kimaendeleo - Hii inaweza kuwa ni substitute ya ndoto za mchana. Mtanzania wetu huyu inabidi asiogope kumuonea wivu (chanya) mtanzania mwenzake aliyeendelea. Wivu huu utajenga tamaa ya kutaka kujiendeleza ili kulingana au kumzidi jirani yake tajiri.mfano, jirani yako ametajirika kwa mradi mkubwa alionao wa ng'ombe wa maziwa. Unamwonea wivu kwa mafanikio yake. Unafikiria kuanzisha mradi wa kuku wa mayai, kwa malengo ya kutajirika kama jirani yako
3)Mikakati (Mipango)- Part 1 na/au 2 ni lazima ifuatiwe na mikakati yenye akili. Bila ya mipango madhubuti, utajiri hauwezi kuja.
4)Risk - Mtz wetu ni lazima asiogope ku-take risk. Hakuna mafanikio yoyote yasiyokuwa na involvement ya risk. Na kadri risk inavyokuwa kubwa, ndio kuna bahati ya mafanikio makubwa. Mfano, unapoamua kwenda kukopa hela benki kwa ajili ya kuanzisha biashara.
5)Malengo - Kuishi bila ya malengo ni sawa na kipofu kujaribu kuvuka barabara iliyo bize. Ni malengo ndio yana inua mushkeli ya kujituma.
6)Mengineyo muhimu.....

Nyongeza - pia kuna umuhimu wa partnership baina ya watanzania. Yule mwenye idea (bila ujuzi) inabidi ashirikiane na yule mwenye ujuzi (bila ya idea), bila ya kumsahau yule mwenye mtaji (bila ya idea na ujuzi).
