original business idea ilikuwa ni kufungua nursary ambayo baadaye inge turn into
secondary school.

Angalia nyumba isiuzwe mkuu

Million 60,000,000(sawa na tzs 60,000,000,000,000)! Hakuna bank hata moja hapa tz inaweza kukukopesha pesa yote hiyo.

millioni 60,000,000 means Million sixty millions?! (milioni 60 milioni ?)

Dont borrow the money. Take it from a business developer.

Nenda kajue unataka kufanya nini kwanza, weka pesa zako kiasi kwenye biashara akangalia growth then ndio uinject cash ya kukopa.

When looking for finance for any business, one of your most important tools for success is a clear and comprehensive business plan.
Before any institution even considers loaning you money, they need evidence that you have the knowledge of your service and target market. They need to see that your budget requirements and financial projections are kept within the amount of money you wish to borrow. A business plan in most cases does communicate clearly the business‘s goals, thus going along away to secure finance. However, from my understanding no bank in Tanzania will ever provide you finance to commence a business. They only provide money to give momentum to the existing business. So I hope your nursery school business is in progress at the moment.

If you are really an entrepreneur you should practice caution not to abandon the business plan (i.e your school business) once funds have been obtained, as it provides a clear guideline to growing and sustaining it in future. Many entrepreneurs like you may not see the point in planning. However, if used correctly, the business plan can serve a purpose far more valuable than merely obtaining finance. My experience reveals that many entrepreneurs do not adequately consider their cash-flow when planning their business. One will only realize the importance of cash once it has run dry. Having cash is no use if you don't have a plan for how you will spend it and when you are going to get it back. For example, factors such as debtors and creditors need to be taken into account. When you pay your creditors and how long it takes for you to receive payment from your debtors will have huge implications on your cash flow if not planned accordingly. You also need to ensure that your marketing strategy receives adequate attention. By correctly identifying your target market, and ensuring you are marketing to them, you are able to reach out to those who will be interested in your services.
On my side I strongly suggest you rather stick on your plans since investing in education is a life time investment. Don't try to put your future financial healthy on a drip. If your prevailing financial health cannot allow you to part with the monthly repayment, do not rush to secure the loan hoping to change your financial situation. Keep in mind that banks do not bother whether you take a loan beyond your ratio, since they are more driven by their interests of growing their loan books and revenue.

This is best advice kama kweli umeshapata hizo fedha, mawazo uliyoomba (business idea) yanatakiwa kabla ya kipindi cha kuandaa business plan
