Habari zenu wadau Naomba kujuzwa juu ya hili. Mimi niliajiriwa sehemu fulani na nimefanya kazi kwa takriban mwaka mmoja. Lakin sikuwa nimepewa contract zaidi ya offer letter na confirmation letter(nilipewa confirmation baada ya kumaliza probation) ila sikupewa contract wakawa wananipiga danadana, hatimaye nikapata kazi nyengine ilionilazimu niache kazi ndani ya saa 24, sasa mwajiri wangu anadai nirudishe mshara wa mwezi uliopita...je sheria inasemaje kuhusu hili ilhali mimi sikuwa na contract?

Hiyo offer letter mara nyingi ndio inakuwa na content za contract sasa sijui offer letter yako ilikuwaje? contract inakuwa formed baada ya mtu kupewa offer yeye ana accept....FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT based on offer and acceptance.

Kama hukupewa contract yoyote tunaachukulia a contract yako ni permanent kama umefanya kazi kwa kipindi kinachozidi miezi 6, na unapoacha kazi with 24 hrs lazima uache mshahara wa mwezi mmoja as anotice to other side.mpe chake mkuu.
