    Njia nyepesi na ya wazi kabisa ambayo ndiyo inayotumiwa na wafanyabiashara duniani kwa ufahamu wangu na:
    • Wafanyabiashara,
    • Chamber of commerce
    • Mfumo wa business plan ambazo makampuni na biashara binafsi hufanya
    Hivyo utaratibu wea kawaida ni 15 - 30% ya ya gharama ya bidhaa baada ya kufika eneo la kufanya biashara kama ni rejareja.
    Kama unafanya biashara ya juma ujue mnagawana faida na mnunuzi wa jumla hivyo itakuja angukia 12 - 20%.

    Sababu ya tofauti ya bidhaa za rejareja na jumla ni kutokana na bidhaa za jumla kupungua gharama ya storage pia.

    Mkuu razima uangalie na factor zingine, huwezi tumia cost- plus pricing yenyewe, hiyo njia inapingwa sana kutokana na kuto kuweka maanani maswala mengine kama competotors, Demand, purchasing power na kazalika

    Charge as much as mteja yuko teyari kulipa, hakuna maana kucharge cost + 15% wakati mteja yuko teyari kulipa cost + 300% Now kugundua mteja yuko teyari kulipa kiasi gani ndo inaweza kuwa tatizo, unaweza ukawauliza wateja au unaweza kucheki washindani wako wanacharge kiasi gani na uwatumie kama kipimo cha kupanga bei yako.

    Chukua gharama za uzalishaji wa iyo bidhaa then plus 20% margin kama soko lina ushindani sana kama halina unaweza ata gonga 50% margin

    Na huu ndio ubepari halisi lakin kama soko liko regulated itakuwa ngumu kufanya hivyo. Hata hivyo ni vyema ungeweka na mazingira ya equilibrium price ili YM asije akaharibu biashara. Na hapa nadhani yale mawazo ya Komandoo hapo juu yana mantiki sana ingawa kuna technical mistake ndogo hasa ukijiegemeza kwenye upande wa product costing

    ili kupanga bei ya bidhaa au huduma (service ) inabidi kujua level ya maisha katika eneo husika la biashara au huduma kwa kuangalia incomes za watu katika eneo hilo, ili kujua % kubwa ni matajiri , level yakati au watu wa hali ya chini ! Ukizingatia hii utapata kupanga bei nzuri na yenye faida coz mfano umepanga bei kubwa kumbe level ya maisha kwenye hilo eneo ni yachini so utakosa wateja !

    kama ni product, basi utafuata mfumo wa cost-plus kwani hapo hapo inabidi urudishe costs zako na kupata profit margin yako.
