If Mr Mango would have been inside the house, Mr Slim should have been possibly forced out of his house.

Mr Slim has been having vengeance in his heart for the past many years over the green house which Mr Mango unfortunately failed to occupy,his vengeance over the green house came up soon after Mr Smile advised him to make reconciliation with his rival brethren,an advice that created permanent hatred particularly when he got slapped in the jungle.

The presence of Mr bald in the house is the great joy of Mr Slim as since his intentions have been met and are continuously being met,let's pray to God to have at least Mr Mango in the house who'll be able to drive away Mr Slim, for he's been a cancer of his neighbours.

We can't measure his achievements through the modernisation of capital city, we're focusing on national at large.

If we use modernisation of things or places as a major litmus to measure the extent of Rwanda's development, we will always come to a wrong inference. Development should always be centered on the people and not skyscrapers, electrified railroads and a million dollar theme parks. This is the problem with our Magufuli!

Since 1961, Rwanda have been cascaded with problems "The potential storms" sensitive than a need to modernise Kigali. A country was severely torn by a brutal civil war; there was a genocide; ethnic cleansing of the Bahutu; and anarchy all over the place. Rwanda's problem were felt all over the region, and to be precise by Tanzania, a country which hosted over a million Rwandan refugees.

It would take an extra-ordinary being to restore order in a country whose quarter of a population have been living in exile for more than a decade. And have been brutally killing each other for nothing else, than their ethnic differences. Leading such a country would need extra use of Wits than ordinary Political charm.

Rwanda has many rivers to cross, but POLITICAL STABILITY is a major achievement we need to mention about Rwanda. And this is regardless of whether we like the Batutsi Autocratic Elites or not.!

Again its another long story but i'll try and make it short. As you know African politicians have no idea of how to invest and where to invest, the only thing they know is lobbying the system and make illegal CASH FLOW, while leaving others in poverty.Thats what was going on in the past.Now Mr BALD as you call him has cut off almost all of their sources of income which was not official, or made official while oppressing the poor community.Not only that .. Even the Cocaine,Ivory(Elephant horns),government tenders, and many other issues where all connected to the BIG BOSSES of this COUNTRY.Now Mr BALD has cut them all OFF, what do you expect?,NO MORE DEALS,. Even the issue about CASHEW NUTS were also BIG BOSSES in connection with some members of parliament DEALS, but MR BALD knew this before and CUT them off.What do you expect after then?,.. So, they see no future in their foreign BANK accounts abroad as they used to do in the PAST. No more DEALS, no more MONEY laundering, No More EPA,ESCROW ,RICHMOND etc,.. Thats why you see some big bosses making noise.But they have nothing to do to MR BALD for now, trust me its too late. They would have done something maybe by 2016 but not now, not 2020 maybe 2025 when he's almost out of office and try and put someone who will be on their side giving them favor. The system is in his FAVOR by now, not even the FORMER presidents can do anything now.IF you understand how the GOT systems works you'll understand why am saying so, if you don't unfortunately i can't explain any further.That's all i can say for now.
