Bayi ni Kigogo wa TOC, madudu anayoyafanya ni makubwa sana...

Tatizo sio Bayi, ni mfumo mzima wa uendeshaji michezo nchini, iwe ngumi, netiboli, riadha, soka ..... taja wewe. Msingi mkubwa wa mchezo wowote ni ugharamiaji, tangu vipaji, miundombinu hadi ushiriki. Mfumo uliopo wa kuwa na Wizara yenye kibwagzo cha michezo (Wizara ya ...... na Michezo) haujengi mazingira mazuri ya ugharimiaji huo. Hata vyama vyetu viongozwe na malaika, bila ya kuwa na Wizara inayosimamia michezo hasa, itayoweza kuweka sera sahihi na kujenga mazingira halisi ya kuendeleza michezo, tutabaki kulaumiana siku zote.
Sisemi Bayi anayo au hanayo madudu. Nasema awe nayo asiwe nayo, hakuna anayeweza kuendesha riadha (au mchezo wowote mwengine) kwa ufanisi ikiwa utaratibu uliopo wa kusimamia michezo kitaifa utaendelea.

Watanzania watatu wameshadundwa katika ndondi kwenye michezo ya Jumuiya ya Madola inayoendelea huko Glasgow, Scotland wakiongozwa na kapteni wao Selemani Kidunda. Kidunda kadundwa jana na bondia kutoka Nigeria, Mafuru kadundwa leo na bondia kutoka Ghana na Mwasele kandundwa leo na bondia kutoka Namibia!

Huko hakuna kupanua magoli kama walivyofanya kwenye Elimu, the same will happen when Tanzanians will be sitting for an interview in international fora!
