Akitoa maoni yake, alipendekeza kuwa mikataba yote ya madini nchini ifumuliwe upya ili iwanufaishe Watanzania wote, kuliko hivi sasa ambapo mapato ya madini yanaishia mikononi mwa watu wachache.
