Mwaka 2010 nilishndwa kuendelea na advance kwa matatizo ya kifedha.

Mwaka huohuo nkaomba JWTZ kwakua sikua na mtu nilitolewa.

Mwaka 2011 nkafanya interview ya polisi nkafanya vizuri kila sifa ninayo ila pia wakantoa.

Mwaka huohuo nkajiunga chuo cha kilimo kusomea cheti nikamaliza 2013 mwezi wa 7 nikakaa nyumbani kusubiri ajira mara JKT wakatangaza nafasi.Nimeomba ila kwenye usaili wa mgambo wilaya naambiwa natakiwa niwe nimezaliwa 1991 sasa si wanataka miaka23 mimi sijatimza miaka 24 kamili.

Nimezaliwa 10/10/1990, mpaka mwezi wa kumi ndio nitatimiza miaka 24 ila wamenitoa, sasa nfanyaje jamani?

Nimesema Ajira nyingi zimekuwa ni Bahati nasibu , nikaongeza c lazima uwe peke ako mfano unaweza kuwatafuta vijana uliomaliza nao certificate , mkaandika project proposal ya kilimo( nategemea nyie ni wataalam) hata ukija kutangaza humu kwamba una project proposal huwez kukosa sponsors kama mradi wenyewe utakuwa unaonyesha kwamba unalipa!!

Ebana hata mie inshantokea mwaka Jana mwezi wa tatu mwanzoni. Nilifanya interview na company fulani maarufu round mbili za oral interview na ajira ilitakiwa nipewe mkataba lakini mpaka leo sijui ilipotelea wapi pamoja na follow up nilizofanya nikaambulia danadana.

Ikawa ndio kama nuksi, mpaka wa leo sijaitwa kwenye interview yoyote.

Ajira ni ngumu, yasikie tu kwa mwenzako

Mie nimejaribu na nimeweza, nilimaliza chuo nilishindwa kupata kaz za serikalini , nimezunguka sana na bahasha hadi TANAPA ,Arusha nilifika lakini wapi!! Ila nikajoin na class mate zangu tunapiga kaz wenyewe na cku zinaenda , Tatizo hatuthubutu kujaribu!!

Well said man, nina classmate na friend wangu mmoja naogopa hata kumpigia simu sometimes kwa sababu ya nyodo na majigambo yake.

Yeye kapata ajira mapema na inamlipa fresh tatizo ni dharau na kukatisha tamaa wenzake na kujiona yeye ndo yeye hakuna mwingine zaidi yake.
