Baada ya Maprofesa wawili Tibaijuka na Muhongo kuondoka katika baraza la mawaziri sasa imedhihirika wazi kwamba Ma profesa nao wapo ambao ni MBUTIKA ....... kumbe kuna maprof ambao hawana msaada na Uprofesa wao ma pia imedhihirika kwamba Uprofesa na udakitari pekee sio dawa wala ishu ya kupewa vyeo ......... Tibaijuka made a very good reputation with UN Habitat (She is also a former under-secretary-general of the United Nations and executive director of theUnited Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT). Until her resignation in 2010 to run for political office in Tanzania, she was the second highest ranking African woman in the UN system.)Like wise Muhongo. It is not necessary that everybody has to be corrupt for a simple reason that the father of the house is corrupt. I have an experience where the father of the house is drunkard ( chapombe) and his children are not. The father becomes blamed for his bad behaviour sometimes abandoned by his own family. JK being corrupt doesn't necessitate every citizen to be corrupt. Don't take advantage of every lop hole
