    Nawaachia mapishi haya (nimedesea mahali) kwa weekend hii, hasa wale mabinti zangu, then feed me back.
    NAMNA YA KUTENGENEZA MAANDAZI



    MAHITAJI
    1. Chukua Amira ya chenga gram 11,
    2. Chumvi nusu kijiko kidogo cha chai,
    3. Sukari gram 250,
    4. Unga wa ngano kilo moja,
    5. Maji ya uvuguvugu nusu lita,
    6. Mafuta ya kupikia lita 2 na nusu.


    NAMNA YA KUANDAA
    1. Weka pakiti ndogo ya amira yenye ujazo wa gramu 11 yote kwenye unga wako wa kilo moja.

    2. Kisha weka chumvi nusu kijiko kidogo cha chai chumvi hii husaidia kupunguza mafuta ndani ya andazi baada ya kuiva andazi lako litakua halina mafuta safi na salama kwa mlaji.

    3. Weka sukari gram 250 katika unga wako.

    4. Baada ya hapo weka mafuta ya moto ujazo wa kikombe kidogo cha chai au gr 250 changanya vizuri mafuta bado yakiwa ya moto.

    5. Kisha weka maji ya uvuguvugu ili kuuwa ngano na kufanya amira kuweza kuumuka haraka. Kanda mchanganyiko wako safi kwa kutumia nguvu na umakini mpaka mchanganyiko wako uwe laini.

    6. Mchanganyiko wako kama uko bado ni teketeke na ulizidisha maji kidogo weka unga kiasi kisha endelea kukanda mpaka uwe mkavu na laini.

    7. Hapa safi sasa. Shepu vizuri tayari kwa maandalizi ya kusukuma na kukata Sukuma unga wako mpaka saizi ya unene halisi wa andazi lako utakavyopenda liwe.

    8. Kisha tumia kitu chechote kile kukatia kwa umbo lolote lile utakalo lipenda. Yaache kwa muda wa dakika 10 baada ya kuyakata yaumuke kisha itakua tayari kwa kuyachoma.

    9. Baada ya kukata maumbo mazuri ya duara unga unaobakia unaweza viringisha maumbo tofauti kama uonavyo katika picha pia unaweza tengeneza hata herufi.

    10. Pasaha mafuta yako katika moto wa wastani yasiwe na moto mkali utapelekea maandazi yako kuungua kisha yaweke katika moto na geuza kila mara ili yasivimbe upande mmoja na ikawa vigumu kuyageuza.

    Hili ni andazi lako safi limeshaiva na halina mafuta ndani na safi kabisa.

    Mafuta ya kukaangia




    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

    1. Ndani ya kibakuli kidogo, mimina hamira na na vijiko viwili vya kulia vya tui. Weka kando mpaka hamira ianze kufura, kama dakika 5-10.

    2. Pasha samli moto

    3. Ndani ya bakuli kubwa au sinia, changanya unga, sukari, iliki na samli ikiwa bado moto moto.

    4. Mimina hamira ndani ya mchanganyiko wa unga. Changanya na ukande huku ukitumia lile tui la nazi. Tui likipungua unaweza ukaongeza maziwa. Kanda unga mpaka uwe laini.

    5. Kata madonge *12 au 15 uyaweke kwenye baraza iliyonyunyiziwa unga na uyafunike ili yapate kufura na yasikauke.

    *Ukipenda maandazi manene fanya madonge 12. Ukipenda mepesi fanya madonge 15

    7. Pasha mafuta moto kwenye karai. Maandazi yako tayari kukaangwa sasa.

    8. Kaanga maandazi kwenye mafuta ya moto. Upande mmoja ukifura na kuwa rangi nzuri geuza upande wa pili. Endelea nama hii mpaka maandazi yote yawe tayari.

    Sukari kikombe 1 cha chai
    Hamira kijiko 1 kikubwa
    Chumvi kijiko 1 kidogo
    Mayai 3
    Blue band vijiko 3 vikubwa
    Baking powder kijiko 1 kidogo
    Hiliki ½ kijiko cha chai
    Maziwa ½ lita/tui la nazi/maji
    Mafuta ya kuchomea maandazi


    MATAYARISHO.
    ·Weka unga kwenye bakuli kubwa alafu weka sukari,chumvi,hiliki,hamira,baking powder,Changanya vizuri kwa kutumia vidole

    ·Changanya mchanganyiko wako na mayai kisha blue band endelea kuchanganya mchanganyiko wako

    ·unaweza ukaweka maziwa/tui la nazi au maji,unatumia kimoja wapo utachopenda kutumia

    ·Endelea kukanda unga wako hadi liwe donge laini
    ·Alafu yakate madonge makubwa makubwa unaweza ukatoa madonge matano,unaweka unga kwenye kibao cha kusukumia chapatti na kuanza kulisukuma donge moja moja hakikisha haliwi jembamba sana wala nene sana

    ·Baada ya hapo waweza kata kata shape yoyote unayoipenda na kuweka vipande vyako kwenye sinia au ungo ambao utakuwa umenyunyuzia unga kwa chini

    ·Yaweke sehemu yenye joto ili yaweze kuumuka kwa muda wa nusu saa yatakua yameumuka tayari

    ·Weka kikaango chako kwenye moto kisha weka mafuta yakishachemka unaanza kuchoma maandazi yako hadi yawe na rangi ya brown


    Maandazi yako yatakua matamu na laini pia. waweza nywea chai, supu, mchuzi mzito, maharage.
