Well, it all depends from how are you going to use it and for what purpose.

LG has much more smartTV options and applications, which you can find in the LG Content Store. No need to buy a chromeCast or any other “cast” extensions to watch movies directly from the TV, also no need to buy magic remote - there is an application for that, available for iOS and Android - very comfortable.
Picture quality is reasonably good, fast support and lots of service centers around the world.

Hisense is much cheaper quality and quite a new player in SmartTV market, so you can’t be sure about their support or service centers ( considering, that TV is something you buy for a long time, this option must be checked too)

Hisense has really few preinstalled applications ( and even less that supports UHD video inside) , but some models has Opera Store - where you can find more of them ( but not the best quality of apps )

Talking about the picture - it’s such a subjective topic - smbd likes more with TrueMotion, smbd without. Smbd likes more warm colors and really vivid picture, other prefer more classical screen colors - picture is smth, that need to be checked in the store with both TVs on or ask the seller to play the same video on both TVs on default settings and choose the one you like more )
