I’m sure Boeing primary intention to ground bombardier for good, it is all about monopoly, the decision by bombardier to open up a factory in the backyard of Boeing in US, sure won’t go unchallenged either,

The successful of their initial lawsuit brought the result of sale of the Bombardier to AIRBUS,

Airbus intention is to break the market in US, they might see the sale of bombardier is to achieve just that, and they wouldn’t careless about our order., capture the know how and formulate all new business and product, C series bombardier might be called C Series Airbus, who knows?

Litigate the business and that will be that, the money is gone, this is how western business operates!

Swala la msingi Muheshimiwa Majaliwa akifika Canada aongea na Bombardier kupata some sort of assurance in writing kwamba watatimiza order yao, au kama change yetu Ndio imeshatoka warudishe Mulla yetu,

I’m sure pesa imeganda haina return yoyote ile, na hivi sasa wamekiweka kile kindege chetu kule garage, watakwambia wanawacharge storage, security na maintenance cost, the cost of which will be covered by the money spent on purchasing the planes at first place.

Soon tutaambiwa tuongeze pesa,

I know a business return of 12% a year on investment of 200m dollars, that’s an incredible 24m $ a year gross profit,

Why wasting money on bombardier while we could easily get a return somewhere else easily !

A. We are not sure as to when the factory will be up for operation in US, and that wasn’t part of initial agreement, if there is violation of any of this, demand the Mulla back.

B. We don’t know the time frame of delivery of the remaining units.

C. Given complication of our own predicament on previous contracts, the government entered with international companies, now kindege kimezuiwa, therefore this is the only chance to demand or salvage the remaining money from bombardier ..

All I can say they need a good lawyer

But look, si kwa miaka nenda rudi sasa Afrika tumekuwa tukilalamikia "unfair" agricultural subsidies zinazofanywa na mataifa makubwa kwa wakulima wao?! Kwanini basi na sisi tusifungue mashauri rasmi dhidi ya mataifa haya badala ya kuendelea kulalamika kwamba kuuza kwenye masoko ya mataifa makubwa ni ngumu kwa sababu mataifa haya yanatoa ruzuku kwa wakulima wao!!!

Uko sahihi sana mkuu, Tatizo ni nani mwenye ubavu kwa sasa, wa kuweza kuwashikia bango wale wale wanaotoa vimisaada vidogovidogo?. Afrika kwa sasa imebaki na Mgabe pekee anayewakabili bila kumung'unya maneno.
