President Paul Kagame last Friday concluded his tour of the Eastern Province with calls to residents to work hard for self-reliance. During the tour, President Kagame met with opinion leaders and interacted with residents through question and answer sessions.
He challenged residents to guard jelously peace and work together to develop the nation that was brought to near extinction by the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
