Nafikiria kuanza biashara ya ufugaji wa samaki kwa mkoa wa morogoro mjini.

Nina passion na ufugaji wa samaki sana ni kitu napenda kutoka moyoni ila najiuliza, Je masoko yanapatikana kwa urahisi? Na Je sio kazi inayofanyika na watu wengi?

mkuu this days its not a question of passion, or being passionate abaut something, those are long gone days, these days you find out what needs and wants people have and which you can meet or fulfil,and then you get passionate abaut meeting these needs, and there you have bussiness, no needs or wants, no bussiness, Back to your issue, the best way to do any bussiness is to carry out a fesibility study, and the maths, what people need, the kind of fish they like or love, the economical situation of the said people, if you are targetting a certain class, you must find out abaut their economical or in bussiness language, their purchasing power, you cant have fish which you intend to sell say for $5 per kilo, but these people can only afford fish at a cost of $2 per kilo, hope you get my point.when it cames to fish , you must be aware of one thing they grow to a certain size, and from there they must be sold, now there must be ready market and aslo you must have cold storage facilities for the fish if they cant get market as soon as posible, and that will involve things like cold house and of course you must have power supply, for the cold house,i myself i am going into aquaculture and cage fish farming mostly in lake victoria, but i want to do in a very large scale , and aslo in kigoma, for export market to EU, so in case you need help i can offer you some for free, and aslo remeber feeds aslo takes a lot of cash in rearing fish, all the best sir.

Sasa nenda deep zaidi into the numbers of ur (future) business, kujua soko likoje, gharama za mradi ni kiasi gani, aina gani za samaki wanahitajika/wanapendwa sn sokoni, namna gan uta scale out kwny hiyo business n.k
