Viongozi wa Afrika pia wamepanga mipango hiyo ya uzazi kwa nchi za ulaya?
Kuna taarifa kuwa akina dada wa kiafrika wanazalishwa na weupe na akina kaka wa kiafrika wanazalisha akina dada wa kizungu kwa bidii huko ulaya.

Hali hiyo itawasaidia weupe au weusi huko ulaya?
 
Hollande steps up France security over Mali and Somalia

French President Francois Hollande has ordered security stepped up around public buildings and transport because of military operations in Africa.

He was responding to the risk of Islamist attack after French forces attacked militants in Mali and Somalia.

A pilot was killed as air strikes were launched on a column of Malian rebels.

In Somalia, two French soldiers were "sacrificed" in a raid to free a French hostage, Mr Hollande said. The hostage was believed to have died.

"The Malian Army has retaken Konna with the help of our military partners. We are there now," Lieutenant Colonel Diaran Kone said on Friday.

The Malian troops drove back the militants from Konna, which is located in the center of the country, after France intervened on Friday with airstrikes to halt advances by the rebels who control the north of the West African country.

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said the aim of the operation was to stop Islamist militants advancing any further.

"We need to stop the terrorists' breakthrough, otherwise the whole of Mali will fall into their hands threatening all of Africa, and even Europe," he told reporters.

The "struggle against terrorism" required all necessary precautions to be taken in France itself, the president said.
Earlier, one of the Islamist groups targeted by French military action in the west African state of Mali threatened reprisals against France.

Nadhani tatizo ni kuendelea kufikiri kikoloni na kutokubali kukua na kujitegemea. Kwa taarifa yako viongozi wengi wa kiafrika hawamo madarakani kufanya kazi ya uongozi bali kuibia mataifa yao. Nipe kiongozi wa Afrika aliye hai ambaye si fisadi nitakupa jumla ya malaika niwajuao.
