RAAWU owns 23,600 square meters of land located at Plot 1 Block No: 13, at tuangoma TEMEKE Municipality, Dar es Salaam IN WHICH THERE IS A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
RAAWU HAS DECIDED TO DISPOSE THE ABOVE BUILDING AND LAND. ON THIS MATTER INVITES ANY INTERESTED PERSON/ORGANIZATION/COMPANY TO SHOW INTEREST ON PARTICIPATING TO THE PURCHASE. YOUR EXPRESSION MUST INDICATE THE PRICE YOU ARE WILLING TO OFFER AND THE LATEST DAY FOR CASH/BANK SETTLEMENT.
Your Expression of Interest must reach us on or before 29™ FEBRUARY, 2024 by- postal OFFICE DELIVERY ADDRESSED TO THE GENERAL SECRETARY, RAAWU, P. O. BOX 22532, Dar es Saijvam or physical delivery at 3rd Floor, TUCTA Building located at Sofia Kawawa/Bibi Titi Mohamed Street, Mnazi Mmoja, Dare es Salaam.
