From 1920s Tanzania enjoyed thinking buoyancy although it was in the Cripps of colonialism it was in this time where organization like TAA and other cooperatives were fomed ,from this class of intelligentsia Julius nyerere took advantage of the movement,But without mentioning Waugwana like Said sykes ,Paul boman, kasanga tumbo,Rashid kawawa,Oscar kambona, kasela Bantu, tumbo,Eili mwakitwange and many other the former thinking tank of Tanganyika was not comprint and in place,colonial Government in preparing the country for self driving , opened the forum for free thinking and political debate between supporters of different school of thoughts, Julius nyerere on Mind knowing the direction the party and nation at large where should take in feature he seized the forum, reflecting the power struggle between the two school of thought one side led by Oscar kambona who was pro-bourgeoisie and Julius was opened to juche-cych ultimately Julius nyerere won. kambona was purged from the party, as were all party members opposed to Julius, and with his departure the intelligentsia school of thoughts was transformed from a forum for party to infuse Juche poverty mentality and fear, the instuition where established and named as kivukoni, there mechanism was cheap to attacking any one who try to redefining the policy of almighty Julius . The mixing of fear and hypocrisy legacies from China, which may have been pioneered by the anarchist intelligentsia of Kingunge, Ben mkapa,and other expired entities, become an affluence class , Although the last term of Mkapa reign was marked by reaction and repressive measures, closer intellectual intercourse between Western Europe and juche resulted in the radicalization of many members of the Jf intelligentsia, particularly students, the upper middle class, and the younger and old learned. Exposed to the economic, social, and political changes in the rest of Europe, they increasingly viewed Tanzania as a despotic state with an intricate, corrupt bureaucracy, that has little concerned with the oppressed masses. coming back to question where are intelligentsia of Tanzania, were assinated physical or there ideas were killied and there mantle fall into the wrong hand and they disappear and we remain with Fikara sahihi and Tanzania turn into one man show a prophet of doom without successor when he went to sleep with his fathers also every thing went to slip with him why he didn’t intuitionalise the the school of though him self was an instution, Tanzania,economy,and father of nation ,Tanzania will be doomed if this generation will fail ,while other are talking about paradigm shift we are planning for paradigm change ,if the foundation is destroyed what the Tanzanian will do,?

..intelligentsia tanzania wapo, tena kadhaa [ikiwa hutalinganisha na wa ulaya,etc], ila wamekatishwa tamaa na uozo wa uongozi katika ngazi zote za jamii.

..in fact kila leo tunaona wanachoandika wakikosoa,wakishauri,na wakitoa maoni yao juu ya suala fulani au mambo fulani kwa ujumla. tatizo hamna anayewasikiliza hata kwa dakika moja.

..nani asiyejua kuwa mji wa dar umekuwa vibaya [poorly and badly planned] na unaendelea kuwa hivyo kila kukicha? je? haya hayajasemwa na wataalamu wa ujenzi na wale wa mipango miji? au hata wasomi na wananchi wengine wenye upeo wa kuona mbali; kuwa mji hautakuwa endelevu kwa mtindo na mwenendo huo?

..sasa, ni nani alitakiwa kusikiliza na kukaribisha maoni na ushauri huu wa bure? je, viongozi mbalimbali katika jamii wanafanya ilivyobora kwa wanaowaongoza au kwao wao wenyewe pengine na familia zao?. je, kuna anayejali uongozi wake utakuwa umefanikisha mangapi kwa jamii au yeye atakuwa amenufaika vipi.

..nadhani sasa kilichobakia au "the way forward" ni kwa intelligentsia kuhamasisha mapinduzi ya jamii kujiokoa na uongozi uliooza, kwa kuweka wazi na kwa ufasaha yale ambayo jamii ilipaswa kuyapata bila gharama za ziada na yale ambayo imeibiwa au kunyang'anywa.
