How to configure cannon ir2016 as the network printer???

Wakuu ninaomba msaada jinsi ya kuifanya Copier machine ya Cannon ir2016, kuwa kama network printer, nina computer 4 (Windows XP) na laptop moja (ina windows 7). nina network ya LAN

ukisha install kwenye kompyuta moja kama kawaida, nenda kwenye start - printer and faxes - kisha utaiona hiyo printer yako right click kisha chagua sharing, window inayofunguka weka jina unaloktaka kutumia kisha ok...

Hiyo machine ina port mbili (kama sikosei) USB na RJ 45, njia rahisi ni kutumia USB, coz utaiunganisha na computer mojawapo na utaifanya iwe SHARED PRINTER, njia ya pili ni kutumia RJ 45 Port unaichomeka moja kwa moja kwenye Switch then unaitafuta.... itakuwa rahisi kama LAN yako ina router inayoact like DHCP server..

shukrani mkuu kuna sehemu inataka IP address za hii Cannon ir2016. nimejaribu kuzitafuta lakini sijaiziona any help man?

Hiyo machine ina port mbili (kama sikosei) USB na RJ 45, njia rahisi ni kutumia USB, coz utaiunganisha na computer mojawapo na utaifanya iwe SHARED PRINTER, njia ya pili ni kutumia RJ 45 Port unaichomeka moja kwa moja kwenye Switch then unaitafuta.... itakuwa rahisi kama LAN yako ina router inayoact like DHCP server..

mkuu kuifanya hii photocopy kuwa printer kwanza unahitaji software ya kuifanya iwe capable kuwa kama printer (na hii software mara nyingi huwa haiji na printer..) sijui kama umeisha install hii software.....

Pili siku thermal paper yako (fuser sleeve) ikiisha niambie naweza ninajua sehemu unaweza ukapata hii kwa (40,000/=) badala ya 60,000 mpaka 80,000 kwa baadhi ya sehemu...

Tatu ninajua mtu ana toner unarefill grade A quality (200gms) unatoa copies (copy yield 10% page) copies 4500 na anauza kwa 15,000/= tu, kwahiyo mwenyewe utaona savings hapo

Thanx mkuu, i installed on one computer, na ina print vizuri lakini kwenye computer nyingine haiprint Docs zote zinakaa kwenye queque , na nimeifanya Sharing.... kwenye Windows 7 ndio inasema the printer is not responding!
thats why nikafikiria niki install kwenye LAN itafanya kazi?

Chukua IP address ya computer uliyoconnect printer

Nenda kwenye computer nyingine unayotaka kuiunganisha na Printer...

Click Start>>Run>type \\IP address ya machine iliyobeba printer) e.g kama computer uliyoconnect printer IP yake ni 192.168.130.4 then kwenye kibox cha RUN unatype \\192.168.130.4 then unapress ENTER

ikishafunguka double click printer unayotaka iconnect

Click OK kwa kila utakachoulizwa

Ukimaliza nenda Printer and Faxes weka hiyo printer as a default printer. then Test Page

Nenda kwenye computer uliyoconnect Printer

kwenye kibox cha Printer Sharing kuna sehehu ya Permission jaribu kuweka full rights kwa everyone

Then jaribu kuprint kutoka computer nyingine
