[h=1]Help, I hate my husband and he wont leave. what do I do now?[/h] I have told him over the past 2 days I want a divorce but he doesn't. I don't want counseling I just want him to leave my father house and he wont & the police wont put him out.I
I have filed for a divorce and it states that when the divorce is final then he will have to move out. Since we are legally married he cant be forced to move out unless their are grave indeferences and the judge we dont have any. The relationship is at the point of no return
