1. RICH DAD POOR DAD by Robert T. Kiyosaki
Who on earth hasn't read this book and still breathing! How on earth are you going to survive (and far most in business) without having the right knowledge about money? The world is full of crooked and fake Teachers, who Teach what they don't do. They lie till on themselves!.

Jamani! Kama hujakisoma hichi kitabu, Please! Please! Simama usiendelee zaidi. Save huu uzi, download kwanza hichi kitabu now! Uanze kukisoma, hatakama hujawahi soma kitabu chochote. This then should be your best beginning and a gain of a new habit of wealth people na Mungu akusaidie. Kingereza chake ni rahisi mno na anatumia fascinating stories kufundisha, making it palatable indeed! The complex subject on earth, numbers! is broken down into chocolate and sweet candy! Utampenda bure.

Anyway tuendelee!

Sasa nyumba yako apo tuiweke wapi, vipi kuhusu gari lako na je, vipi kuhusu ile biashara yako inayokugharimu pesa kutwa kucha?

"Its not about how much money you make, its about how much you keep that matters".

This is really all you need to know. If you want to be rich, simply spend your life buying assets.

2. THINK AND GROW RICH By Napoleon Hill.
Yes, wewe ndie haswa tatizo la mafanikio yako kuchelewa, kwasababu bado hujawa na sababu ya msingi yakutaka kufanikiwa..haupo motivated neither are you inspired.. huna hasira ya kutaka mafanikio, bado msukumo ndani yako ni mdogo sana. Umaskini bado hauja kukereketa vya kutosha.

Sasa basi Hey!

Galileo Galilie aliwahi kusema "You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him find it within himself"

Now, its my question and I want to impose it to you too.. How did this people owning the companies i mentioned above, managed to work on their thoughts and Transform them into reality? Because oneday I believe McDonalds was just an idea on Ray cross' head. Microsoft was just a thought in Bilgates' mind. How did they make it!? How did they change their ideas into what we see today. This disturbs me in deed!.

Mimi pia, nina mawazo makubwa tu mengi na idea konki sana za kupiga kibunda ..lakini mbona siwezi kubadilisha aya mawazo kua halisi kama walivyoweza kina BillGates, kina Elon Musk (the man who is believed to be an alien).

Unazo idea nyingi tu ambazo hazitekelezeki.

sasa basi nikuambie tu! this book will help you achieve all that you have been dreaming about.

"..Wishing will not bring riches. But desiring riches with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, then planning definite ways and means to acquire riches, and backing those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure, will bring riches"

This book will help you build that strong passion and a burning desire of attaining all that you want. Please grab your copy and begin building your path towards success.

Penye nia pana njia! Kama waswahili wasemavyo.

3. HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE By Dale Carnegie.
Put in mind, am only delivering the best here..watoto wakae mbali kabisa, wino bado wamoto sanaa!.

..I'm only willing to bring the best out of you and nothing more..I have no any ulterior motives neither I'm I preparing to sell you anything. So stay positive and open your mind!

Am excited, what a day! Twende kazi!
Have you ever shouted in a silent congregation unknowingly, just b'se of being excited?? Do you get that feeling, everybody turns his neck? thats my current situation.

• Jamani, unataka kupendwa na yeyote instantly, put a big smile on your face. Thats a simple way to make a good 1st impression, thats one.

• Tambua watu kwa majina yao, any normal person is interested in their names than all other names on earth combined.
• Hakuna anayetaka kusikiliza historia yako, anasubiri wakati wake wa kuongea ..inshort everybody is interested on themselves than anyone else on earth, ili ukonge mioyo ya watu ktk mazungumzo hamasisha waongee kuhusu mambo yao, achana na yako hakuna anaeyataka. Uliza maswali yatakayofanya aendelee kujiongelea and genuinely get interested.
• Punguza lawama maana zitakurudia tu!. " criticisms are like homing pigeons, they always return home" Tafuta lawama ambayo binafsi umewahi kuikubali ??
• Usikosoe..never criticize, if at all you have to, then call upon your own mistakes first.

"greatest winner of friends the world has ever known? Who is he? You may meet him tomorrow coming down the street. When you get within ten feet of him, he will begin to wag his tail. If you stop and pat him, he will almost jump out of his skin to show you how much he likes you. And you know what! behind this show of affection on his part, there are no ulterior motives: he doesn’t want to sell you any real estate, Neither does he want to marry you"

If I had to rate the sweetness of this book then nutella won't beat this nor do French fries. Whatever you have ever read on influence can't surpass this influential beast. I don't think if you are getting this point dude! Cammon!.. don't make me fill useless, grab your copy right away.

Wewe kama mfanyabiashara, unahitaji kua na ujuzi mpana wa kufanya negotiations, kutengeneza network ya watu wa muhimu kama suppliers na bankers, kutafuta wateja wakudumu, masoko, kuongoza wafanya kazi wako n.k..if at all you'r looking for this and more, then this book will teach you best.

..I'm only willing to bring the best out of you and nothing more..I have no any ulterior motives neither I'm I preparing to sell you anything.

4. THE RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON By George S. Clason.
Katika vitabu ambavyo vinaisha naumia ni hiki bana.. yani deep down in my soul, I feel I wanted more than just that.. a very rare and unique book on paying yourself first! Uhondo na mahaba ya hiki kitabu havielezeki. I'm indeed speechless.
Anyway, let me just say..hiki kitabu ni kifupi sana jamani, wale wavivu wa kusoma mmefikiwa sasa!! No excuse!

There is this language, old British english "..I like thy cakes, boy, but better still I like the fine enterprise with which thou offerest them" I deeply adore this language! It magnifies my imagination. Twende kazi!

• Tunalipa watu wote isipokua sisi..too bad! Anza leo kujilipa wewe kwanza..Pay yourself first dude! Toa yako kwanza kisha inayobaki ipangilie itoshe mahitaji yako.
"...I
found the road to wealth when I decided that a part of all I earned was mine to keep. And so will you."
"...If you do eat the children of your savings. Then how do you expect them to work for you?
And how can they have children that will also work for you?
First get thee an army of golden slaves and then many a rich banquet may you
enjoy without regret.”

Sweet as it can be!

"..Do not buy from the clothes-maker and the sandal-maker more than you can pay out of the rest and still have enough for food and charity and penance to the gods.

“..Wealth, like a tree, grows from a tiny seed. The first copper you save is the seed from which your tree of wealth shall grow. The sooner you plant that seed the sooner shall the tree grow. And the more faithfully you nourish and water that tree with consistent savings, the sooner may you bask in contentment beneath its shade".

For anyone on earth wishing to have a successful carrier in business then knowing how to sell is a crucial ingridient.
Here is a book of the world's greatest salesman for twelve consecutive years recorded in the "Guiness book of records".

• ".. Recruit your bird dogs and make sure you pay them well" Tangaza kulipa commission kwa watakao kuletea wateja, na hakikisha unawalipa.

• ".. Every time you turn off just one customer, you turn off 250 more".
• ".. This is priceless information I developed from a two-minute telephone
conversation. Selling is an espionage game".
• ".. Get more people coming through the door to see you".
• ".. I don’t believe in hard work. I believe in good work. I believe in smart work. I believe in effective work—work that works".
