Another little tidbit that's news to me. Always knew to drink a lot of water, but who knew the timing effected things.

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:

2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

I heard a glass of water AFTER bath ndiyo inayo lower blood pressure na siyo BEFORE.
 
Nilishaanza kuzingatia hiyo ratiba ila wakati mwingine nikiwa na njaa nasahau kuanza na maji. Na nilisoma mahali ukinywa maji kabla ya kula inasaidia kutokuwa na tumbo kubwa. Na unapaswa usi over eat kama unataka kupunguza tumbo. Kazi kweli kweli.

Not only right time is important but RIGHT WATER IS MOST IMPORTANT. Drink energised water passed on a bio disc. ie take bioenergised water and not dead water.
