Do blacks really need whites?

How can it be?! We, as people, do need each other regardless of skin color. Why some people like Azania just don't move past the color of melanin!? Interpretation of phenomena/findings is extremely challenging to most average people, and normally tending to tackle serious matters with unbelievably shallow dimensions.
