PM has that fundamental nature of that knowledge. And since every PhD must have that element of KNOWLEDGE therefore Magufuli is HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

an IMPLEMENTOR and PRAGMATIC in all of his doings.

Yes, fundamental nature of knowledge that uncovers the underpinnings and underlying assumptions about reality and nature of being. That is, as a philosophy student, you gain critical skills that help you to uncover both sides of the coin. Magufuli has none!

Besides, one of the key areas in PhD training is ‘communication’, which usually takes two forms: written and spoken. Substance and analytical skills are mandatory for both forms. There is no way you are going to make me understand your excuses. Bottom line, Magufuli’s PhD is really really questionable!
