    Kwa kweli nimekua mtumiaji wa huduma yao ya mobile banking tangu ianzishwe...tatizo kubwa ni DELAY...hela ikiamishwa kutoka kwenye akaunt yangu kuja labda mpesa itakaa weee hadi usahau...wakat huo hela kwenye akaunt haipo na mpesa haipo...inakua wapi sielewi..leo nimehamisha fedha saa 10 mchana hadi muda huu wa saa karibu 4 usiku sijapata iyo hela kwenye mpesa yangu...mmenisababishia usumbufu mkubwa sana ambao hamuwez kunilipa kwa garama yeyote ile!!!!!kama hamuez kupunguza au kuondoa iyo DElay tafadhalini go out of that business!!!!

    Mi nimekwama kwenye kujisajili eti inannambia nimekosea pin ya atm nashangaa wkt ndo pin yangu ya kila siku bora hii kitu wapewe tigo wataiweza tuu!

    Kwenye hizi huduma za electronics ambapo kuna muingiliano wa mitandao zaidi ya kampuni moja delays ni kitu cha kawaida. Hii ni kwa sababu mitandao inayotumika ni tofauti.

    Kuhamisha hela kutoka kwenye mtandao wa benki kama CRDB au NMB kwenda kwenye mtandao wa simu kama Tigo pesa, M-pesa au Airtel money na pia kutoka kwenye mitandao ya simu kama M-pesa, Tigo pesa na Airtel money kwenda kwenye akaunti za benki kama CRDB na NMB lazima kuwe na delays kwa sababu kuna processes lazima zifanyike kuunganisha mitandao hii.

    Lakini makampuni ya simu na mabenki huwa wana namba za simu ambazo mteja akikwama anaweza kupiga simu na kupata suluhisho la tatizo lake, ni vizuri kupiga simu pale unapopata tatizo ili kupata msaada kutoka kwa wahusika.

    1. Mimi hela ilikaa siku nne (4) bila fedha kuwa delivered!! Process ya CRDB ilikamilika, ikabaki ya M-PESA.
    2. Baada ya kuona kimya niliwapigia CUSTOMER CARE ya VodaCom ambao waliniambia kuwa eti wao hawana huduma ya kuhamisha fedha toka CRDB kwenda M-PESA!! Nili-realize kwamba huduma hiyo taarifa hazikuwasilishwa kwa watumishi wote wa VodaCom, kwa hiyo niliwasamehe bure!!
    3. Nikawasisitiza kwamba huduma hiyo ipo, tena inatangazwa redioni, ndipo wakaniambia niwape namba ili wacheki!
    4. Niliwapa namba yangu ya Tigo wakaniambia niwapigie Tigo ndio watakuwa na majibu!
    5. Niliwaambia kuwa Tigo hawatakuwa na majibu kwa sababu hawana huduma hiyo ya M-PESA, mimi nikasisitiza huyo mtu wa CUSTOMER CARE aangalie kupitia namba niliyompatia ndipo akaona kwamba fedha ilishaingia kwenye hiyo namba.
    6. Akanitumia message ili nikachukue hiyo fedha lakini message aliyonitumia ni ile ambayo ilitumwa kwao na CRDB kuwa-notify juu ya fedha iliyotoka kwenye akaunti yangu kuingia kwenye M-PESA, kwa hiyo message hiyo hainihusu mimi!
    7. Niliwapigia tena kuwaeleza hiyo hali, ndipo waliponitumia right message, nikaenda kuchukua fedha!
    SOMO: Kama una uhakika kwamba fedha imetoka kwenye akaunti yako ya CRDB wapigie VodaCom mara moja ili wakutumie message, UNLESS kuwe na tatizo la NETWORK!
    USUMBUFU: Usumbufu nilioupata unanitosha mwenyewe, maana nilikuwa nachukua fedha kwa ajili ya kusherehekea mwaka mpya, 2012!!

    tatizo kubwa la CUSTOMER CARE zao hawajui HUDUMA(service) wanayotoa ikoje na matatizo yake,hao ndi huishia kulikoroga kabisa na mteja,nashauri wawe wanapewa mafunzo mara kwa mara au wawe ni wahitimu wa huduma husika na sio uhitimu wa sura na sauti tu

    sijajua kama kuna huduma pia ya kuhamisha kutoka mpesa kwenda crdb, nimekuwa mara kadhaa nikitoa crdb to mpesa na kuhamisha to other crdb acct, hiyo tunafanyaje jamani, msaada tafadhali

    Mkuu sitaki hata kusikia hii kitu. Ni maudhi makubwa mno. Yaani jamaa wamekurupuka na kujitutumua kumbe hakuna kitu. Unaweza kutuma mpesa kwa namba ya tigo na pesa ikakatwa lakini haionekani imeenda wapi. Hii ni aibu kubwa kwa CRDB. Ukipiga simu huko call centre wanasema wanashughulikia lakini hawakupi majibu. Ukipiga tena wanaomba details upya, hawajui wanachokifanya. Nimepoteza kiasi cha shilingi laki nne kupitia simbanking. Hii ni ya kuogopa kama ukoma.

    Nakumbuka waliianzisha siku za nyuma ikafeli sasa baada ya kuona NMB wamekuja nayo kivingine nao wakakirupuka bila testing; ati walifanya pilot testing kwa wafanyakazi wao nayo haikuwa perfected. Simbanking ya CRDB ni janga kwenye banking industry inabidi BOT waingilie kati kutuokoa. Jumanne naenda BOT kulalamika juu ya kupotea kwa pesa yangu.

Ponyeza *150# ok, then press 4 ok, ingiza namba ya kampuni ambayo ni ya crdb (900500) ok, ingiza namba ya kumbukumbu ya malipo ambayo ni namba ya account yako ya crdb, ok, weka kiasi unachotaka kuweka katika account yako, ok, dhibitisha kwa kubonyeza moja. Then utaambiwa ombi lako limetumwa na m pesa itakuletea ujumbe kwamba pesa zako zimetumwa crdb, endelea kusubiria kama dakika 10 hivyi, crdb nao watakutumia ujumbe kwamba pesa imepokelewa kwenye account yako. Matizo ni yakawaida tu, na jitihada zinafanyika kuweza kuboresha huduma hizi msiwe na wasiwasi kwani crdb na vodacom wanajali wateja wao na wasingependa mtaabikie huduma zao, wanaombeni radhi kwa usumbufu mlioupata na wanawaahidi kuyapatia ufumbuzi matatizo yenu haraka sana iwezekanavyo.

    Kaka umetumwa?mbona unaongea kama mtu mwenye jambo la ziada?hivi kweli hii huduma ni janga kwenye banking industry?kama ina matatizo ni bora kuyaweka wazi ili yatafutiwe ufumbuzi, unaposema haifai unawakosea haki watanzania wengine wanaofurahia huduma hii kwa uzuri kabisa.Mbona huzungumzii jinsi unavyoweza kuangalia salio, kutuma pesa kwenye akaunti nyingine, kununua muda wa maongezi ukiwa nyumbani kwako na kwa raha zako?kwahiyo unataka kusema hivyi vyote ni janga?matatizo ya network yapo kokote duniani, hususani pale ambapo kuna kuwa na muingiliano wa kampuni moja kwenda nyingine. Naamini muungano huu kati ya Benki kubwa kabisa nchini ya CRDB na VODACOM, AIRTEL, TIGO na ZANTEL una malengo mema kwa watanzania wenye kiu ya kuhudumiwa na mabenki bila kuhitaji kutembelea matawi. Troubeshooting will soon be eradicated. Dont hate, Appreciate. All in all pole kwa yote ila usiwe mshabiki maandazi.

    kuna mmoja wa crdb nimemsahau jina nilitamani nimtukane tusi la ch.pini......!!yaani ni vilaza watupu wamejaaa mle...hana mbinu za kujua mteja yupo kwenye stage gani ya tatizo anakulazimisha urudie process from begining...eti hujakosea password??...au namba yako ya simu ndo iyo?....customer care??my foot

    Hivi NMB nao wana hii huduma ya kuhamisha pesa kutoka kwenye akaunti ya NMB kwenda M-pesa, Airtel money na tigo pesa au kutoa pesa kwenye akaunti ya M-pesa, Airtel money na tigo pesa kwenda kwenye akaunti ya NMB? mbona sijawahi kuona hiyo functions kwenye mobile banking yao? Kama ipo inapatikana vipi?

    Mimi nimeisikia hii huduma kwa mara ya kwanza inapatikana benki ya CRDB na nikajiunga nayo, naitumia mara kwa mara kwa kuhamisha fedha kutoka kwenye akaunti yangu ya CRDB kwenda kwenye akaunti yangu ya M-Pesa halafu naenda kuzichukua kwenye wakala wa Vodacom M-Pesa jirani na ninapofanyia kazi.

    Huduma hii inanisaidia pia kuwatumia fedha watu wasiokuwa na akaunti CRDB ambapo nikituma kwenye simu zao wanakwenda kuchukua kwenye ATM bila kuwa na ATM card. Mara nyingine huwa nahamisha pesa kutoka kwenye akaunti ya CRDB kwenda kwenye simu yangu na kuzichukua kwenye ATM bila kutumia kadi especially nnapokua nimesahau kadi yangu nyumbani.
