Boss,
You have asked a very good question. It will be easier in the short run for CHADEMA to overturn the mistakes done by CCM than putting on good governance in the long run. I say this because just reversing the mistakes and policies made by CCM will not make Tanzania a paradise, will not reverse the escalating inflation, but they can do what Satta has been able to do in Zambia.
The challenge will be maintaining that momentum and giving Tanzania a new sense of direction.
Jasusi ... What a word..!
In any given time this nation must have a system of leadership in place ...
.... and at the moment in hand the CCM is on its last phase as Boss put it or as its very obvious. You may have NOTED this in history and in many Nations ... there this life
circles of
particular political system as a ruling system in Power. ... Many time and always it is an alternating life circle of
different political systems and in our case we hope very soon CCM will be replaced by CHADEMA.
You talk of the CHALLENGES , which is very important observation and my
concern too!
In My Opinion. To face this, all particular political systems/parties in question should be very conscious of the past, current and future political status of their
environments and do/be ready for any kind of
adjustment and modification to meet the current needs as the
ultimate change we need is a long process which involves several alternating
different political systems
integrated into one in a particular moment. That is, CHADEMA should be very
aware of all the political circles
involved in this country in the past ...take all the weaknesses and the
disadvantages and turn them into the
objective advantages in oder
to get ..the momentum which will maintain and give Tanzania a new sense of direction.
The question is ... Is CHADEMA real working on this..? ... any Indicators? ... Is there any ways we can have Dr Slaa/or any CHADEMA official here to help us on this? ..
of course after Igunga dust has settled down..
