Ha ha you dont know about the staged scientific way of doing things, Following chademas call on a nationa rally against C/A sessions and the public announcement from various chadema constituency the whole country is alert including yourself, as of now you make close follow-ups on the events on daily basis and this tells that you are gaining a wider range of civic education as well as other Tanzanians but you will need to wait and see ha ha

Hivi ulishapata wasaa wa kuipitia Rasimu ya pili ya tume ya Warioba? Wakati tume hii inakusanya maoni ulijisumbua hata kidogo kwenda kwenye mikutano yao kusikiliza maoni ya wananchi waliyokuwa wanayatoa na wewe kutoa ya kwako? Pili umejishughulisha pia angalau kufuatilia BMK hasa wakati kamati mbalimbali zinawasilisha mapendekezo yao? Kama hukubahatika kwa yote hayo mawili nitakukumbusha angalau machache:
1. Mimi ni mmoja wa wale ambao nilitoa maoni kwamba ubunge uwe na ukomo kwani kumejionea hapa wabunge sasa wanataka kufia madarakani, wakati nchi ina watu zaidi ya milioni arobaini. Jambo hili likawekwa kwenye rasimu lakini BMK wamelikataa!! eti waachwe wananchi wamkatae wenyewe kwenye uchaguzi!! (huku wakijua kwamba watawahonga!!) Imefikia wabunge hawa wanaawaambia wananchi hata kama hamnitaki nitapita tuu!! Na kwa kiburi hiki eti wanawaita wananchi ''WAPIGA KURA WANGU''
2. Pia nilikataa wabunge kuwa mawaziri ili kuongeza ufanisi wa wote (mawaziri na wabunge) na pia kupunguza rushwa/wabunge kujipendekeza kwa mawaziri ili wapate wa kuwapigia debe wachaguliwe uwaziri yakitokea mabadiliko. Lakini kingine ni kutoa nafasi kwa wengine, hasa kupata mawaziri wenye taaluma ambao si wabunge. Hili pia wamelikataa hawa BMK.
3. Elimu ya mbunge rasimu ilipendekeza angalau form four (mimi nilipendekeza form 6!!) hawa BMK wamekataa!! eti inatosha tuu kwa mtu kujua kusoma na kuandika, na wakati huo huo wanataka waziri lazima awe mbunge!! Yaani miswaada na sheria nyingi achilia mbali kuwa volumes (inayohitaji uwezo mkubwa wa kusoma, kuchambua na uelewa mkubwa) pia mingine iko kwa kiingereza.
......na mengine mengi tuuu wengine wataongezea.

Sasa baadhi ya vyama (CUF, CHADEMA, NCCR etc) wameona wapaze sauti kwa niaba ya watanzania walio wengi wayaone haya (Tanzania ni kubwa sana, kuna vijiji hata hawajui kinachoendela Dodoma kwani wako bize kusaka angau mlo wa siku, hivyo lazima kuwe na wa kuwasemea) na kuwafichua wale wenye agenda zao mfukoni kwa maslahi yao (mbio za urais mwakani). Hivyo maandamano ni njia mojawapo ya kuonyesha kupinga kinachoendelea BMK, ambacho watu kama wewe aidha kwa kuwa hujui au unajifanya hujui kwa kuwa unanufaika na kinachoendelea, unaona ni vurugu na eti uvunjifu wa amani.

This is very interesting, I have to admit you see things in a very intellectual way, good argument, we need more people like you, I was really against, but now I know what it meant

In my perspective what Chadema are doing is to make a public cry and engage majority in a national dialogue against C/A and their proposed constitution draft. Imagine if 133 districts are to participate in the rally alternatively , it means we will have to listen and watch through national radio and TVs almost every day ,this definitely is going to be a massive message delivery to the general public and at the end will catch the public concern and many will be already involved and made a decisions on what to do in the next affirmative action announced
