Can someone cure JF addiction?

i mean seriously i need a cure,or a rehab centre i need one,i almost got an accident while checking jf on road,in the office i got countless warnings of mis using the office int.connection,at home it's the same case,i sleep for like 2hrs. HELP NEEDED
