Recipe kutoka kwa mapacha wangu Tia Mowry - Wikipedia and Tamera Mowry - Wikipedia na madoido kidogo ninaongezea mwenyewe kadri ninavyozidi kuitumia.
Ingredients:
For the Base
- 6 cups of Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries na hata grapes)
- 2 cups sugar (Huwa naisaga sukari lakini sio lazima)
- 2 tablespoons (vijiko vikubwa) cornstarch
- A little salt (Sprinkles)
- A half (1/2) lemon
Mix all these completely with a wooden spoon.
Grease a heavy baking tin and pour your mixture in it.
For the Topping
- Three Quarters (3/4) cup wheat flour
- Three Quarters (3/4) cup oats
- 2 cups brown sugar
- A half (1/2) teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 6 tablespoons butter
Mix these with hands until crumbly
Add the crumbles evenly on top of the berry mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees F au 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
There you have your Crisp. Weka Icecream juu and enjoooyyyy.
