Bado sijaelewa lengo kuu la kufufuliwa kwa "Kisumu port"

Hili ni kosa kubwa sana mnalofanya, lengo la kufufua hii bandari ni ili kukuza uchumi wa Kisumu na kutengeneza ajira, lengo sio kufurahisha wananchi kwa ajili ya kupata kura wakati wa uchaguzi.

Kumbukeni kwamba hizi ni pesa za wananchi ambazo wamewakabidhi dhamana viongozi ili wazitumie kwa ajili ya faida kwa nchi nzima.

Viongozi walipaswa kuainisha sababu zilizosababisha bandari ya Kisumu kusimamisha shughuli zake miaka ya nyuma, na kuzirekebisha kabla ya kuifufua.

Hii bandari ya Kisumu, ninakuhakikishia itasimamisha " Operations " zake tena ndani ya muda mfupi baada ya kuzinduliwa, haitovuka 2022 itakua jmeanza kufa kwasababu zifuatazo;
1) Kisumu port, competes with SGR for cargo to Uganda and DRC instead complimenting each other.
2)There is no feeders to feed the port.
