England's Arsenal have put together a proposal to present to Grêmio by Everton Chives. The English club wants to offer 40 million euros ($ 168.5 million) to ensure the arrival of the player. Italy's Napoli is also ready to make the investment, and the coming days should mean progress on the issue.
