The war needs the captain who is full packaging like a product with clear philosophy guided by new vision that clearly identify national interests that all Tanzanians must defend; the war that put people first and encourage participatory democracy and promote active citizenship through consultation and dialogue processes. The war that considers the inclusion of mandatory provisions for the participation and consultation of civil society sections; the war that is against inequalities at home from its roots both in Tanzania and beyond; the war that push for the greater tax justice; the war that gives a fairer system of good production.

THE WAR THAT WILL CONTINUE TO REINVENTS THE TANZANIA SOCIAL MODEL AND WILL PUT HER IN A FAIRER FOOTING IN THE WORLD.

In this writing war is a mere a continuation of policy by other means, so war is not merely a political act, but also a real political instrument, a continuation of political commerce, a carrying out of the same by other means. That the tendencies and views of policy shall not be incompatible with these means, the art of war in general and the commander in each particular case may demand, and this claim is truly not trivial one. But however powerfully this may react on political views in particular cases, still it must always be regarded as only a modification of them; for the political view in the object, war is the means, and the means must always include the object in our conception.

My fellow warriors, you must understand that war is not only chameleon-like in character, because it changes its color in some degree in each particular case, but it is also, as a whole, in relation to the predominant tendencies which are in it, a wonderful trinity; composed of the original violence of its elements, hatred , and animosity ,which may be looked upon a blind instinct; of the play of probabilities and chances, which make a free activity of the soul, and of the subordinate nature of a political instrument, by which it belongs purely to the reason.

The war am writing about is that war that concerns more about 1st the people,2nd the commander and his army ,3rd more the Government. The passions which break forth in war must already have a latent existence in the peoples. The range which the display of courage and talents shall get in the realm of probabilities and of chance depends on the particular characteristics of the general and his army, but the political objects belong to the Government alone.

The 3 tendencies, which appear like so many different law-givers, are deeply rooted in the nature of the subject, and at the same time variable in degree. A theory which would leave any of them out of account, or set up any arbitrary relation between them, would immediately become involved in such a contradiction with the reality, that might be regarded as destroyed at once by that alone.

In this declaration of war, Tanzania should not be satisfied with small things. God has created us to do great things. When we know the talents, God has given us and use them, we give od his glory. We are not too late and we are never too late, but we have the power and strength to achieve more. Let’s start now because the time is now and to procrastinate is to stop altogether. Doing so is not doing justice to our time because time is an asset and again valuable that if lost is not easy to get back.

The ruler of France General Napoleon he once said, “there is one kind of bandit with whom the law does not fight ,but he who steals what is most valuable to man :TIME;” this shows us the difference by using our time well by adding a drop of water to the ocean, because the ocean is made of drops of water ,that is to say, let’s not sleep, the fast-moving train of globalization and the plane of development will leave us behind if not take us out of the way because luck exists but it benefits those who are prepared well!

Mr. Kennedy the 35th US president he once said “Don’t ask what your country will do for you, but ask yourself, what you will do for your country “.

As we declare this war, we Tanzanians should start now to build our country which will have a different look in the next six decades to come and this is the right time for people who really decided to make things happens.
THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD; Those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what happened and are those who do nothing.

We were not created to die poor and live a life of misery like this in the abundance of natural resources and resources but we need to remove stone in the shoe of our mind and our behavior so that we can move quickly and win the battlefield.

And that’s how we make things happen, not waiting for what’s going to happen. If others were able without surrendered, why us? What do we have to fail? And with that mission GOD will not leave us because he also helps those who make efforts to help themselves.

Nyerere tirelessly promised us, “when others walk, we must run; lets strive to climb, if we can’t run; lets strive to climb, if we can’t run, if we can’t walk, if we can’t pull ourselves together, never stop but move forward’.

LET’S REMINDS OURSELF THAT SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS AND FAILURE BREEDS FAILURE.

These writings are not the solutions for our problems because we cannot eat or pay bills with words, but its merely a provocation of our minds that stimulate collective reflections as we are having 6 decades since we have got our juridical independence.
