No woman knows this to be true more than Mikel Ruffinelli, who currently holds the record for having the widest hips in the world. Looking at her directly from a front-end view, she appears to be a very, VERY shapely woman – but nothing would really strike you as abnormal.

Get a little closer, pull out a measuring tape, and wrap it around her hips however, and you’ll find that Mikel is way beyond your average curvy lady. Her hips measure at an amazing eight foot circumference – meaning she has a generous eight feet of bootiliciousness for you.

And Mikel absolutely loves it. She loves herself, knows that she is totally hot, and has no trouble posing for us. Looking at her photos, you can tell that Mikel is not shy about showing off her rare and special figure.

“ I love my shape and I see no reason to diet because I don’t have health problems.” Though she does weigh 420 pounds, her waist is only 40 inches wide – a proportionally small size considering the width of her hips, and the fact that she has given birth to four children. Prior to becoming a mother, Mikel was not nearly as big as she is now. She has very large hips because her body has demonstrated remarkable expansibility after giving birth.

At home, Mikel sleeps in a seven foot-wide bed and she sometimes has difficulty fitting through some doors (unless she enters sideways), but other than that, she and her family live a pretty normal life.

Many people are born with birthmarks, moles, and other au naturel markings that are seen as nothing but small but special little evidences of uniqueness. It's quite normal to have little spot here and there that's unique only to you, and even many women call their beloved moles "beauty marks." But sometimes, nature goes a little too far and a little boy is born with a mole on his back so big that it keeps him from living a normal life.

Little Didier Montalvo is a boy from Columbia who was born with a medical disorder known as Congenital Melanocytic Nevus – AKA giant mole disease. In this case, Didier's mole was so big that it took up his entire back (a back-end view in photographs makes him resemble a ninja turtle just a little) and posed such a health risk that it was either remove the mole or possibly suffer from a multitude of deteriorating health effects. Literally, the mole was taking all his nourishment and feeding itself like a parasitic monster!

Luckily, Didier was able to undergo a special type of surgery that successfully separated him from his giant mole, allowing him to live a normal life, free from physical hindrances.

A little toddler girl currently living in India is known all around the world for her big head. No, it's not that she's exceptionally arrogant or narcissistic. She literally has one of the biggest heads in the world.

This is no joke. The little girl named Roona Begum, now 18 months old, lives in an impoverished community in India, where her family is unable to afford medical treatment for the condition from Hydrocephalus, a condition nicknamed "water on the brain."

Hydrocephalus is a very rare medical condition in which there is an abnormally high accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid stuck in the cavities, or ventricles of the brain. This accumulation of fluids then causes intracranial pressure inside of the skull, which results in the progressive enlargement of the head.

Along with a severely swollen head, those suffering from Hydrocephalus also suffer from mental and visual disabilities. Sometimes, the disease can also cause death.

Yes, you read that correctly. Leandro Granato began squirting liquids from his eyes as a child.

"Ever since I was a kid I knew I had a special connection between my eye and my nose…When I decided to do this for a living, my whole family – as well as many other people – thought I was going crazy."

And while it may seem like a totally insane idea, Leandro's paintings have sold for up to $1,500.

While squirting colors from his eyes, Leandro holds up large, blank canvases and lets the paint fall and drip wherever he intuitively decides is a good place.


Despite his strange art form, which is really only strange to those who know about the process, above all things is entirely and utterly unique. It is safe to say that probably no one on earth makes the art that Leandro makes.

How does Valeria stay so trim? She lives on a primarily liquid-only diet. She drinks juices made of vegetables and fruits. The only other thing she eats is RAW MEAT, which she swears is the thing that has kept her skinny for so long.

In addition to her special appearance, Valeria believes that she is from another, higher Universe, that she is a prophet, and that she is here to teach humanity about spirituality and higher consciousness. She reportedly hates excessive habits, and does her best to avoid indulgent behaviors of all kinds, including sex – despite being married.

On a recent TV program, Ma held two electric wires in his hands and easily lit a bulb.

Ma learned about his gift 15 years ago. One day, while watching TV with his wife, the television suddenly went out. Ma checked it and found a wire outside had been broken by the wind. Ma picked up the broken wire. He first touched the ends tentatively. He felt no electricity, so he connected the two broken ends together.

After he fixed the broken line, Ma suddenly realized it was not normal. The wire carried electricity, but he fixed it with his bare hands.

Looking at him straight on, you can see that Tom has more than just a skinny face. Where most people would usually have a good amount of flesh covering their eyes and cheeks, Tom's face is so skinny that you can see his skull's shape and structure.

None of this really matters to Tom, of course. In fact, Tom does not seem to be that deeply affected by his condition. His photos show him doing and being totally normal with the people in his life.
