Aliko Dangote is donating one million bags of rice worth $19.6 million to Nigerians to ease the effects of economic hardship.

He is feeding 10,000 people daily in his home state, Kano during Ramadan.

There's something fundamentally wrong with capitalism, for one person to have that much money all to himself.

Philanthropy doesn't do any good in the grand scheme of things.

There's something fundamentally wrong with capitalism, for one person to have that much money all to himself.

Philanthropy doesn't do any good in the grand scheme of things.

But he worked for it, it wasn't just given to him. And everybody had a chance, the difference is that he was able to utilize resources better than others. What's wrong with that?

I'm not saying that capitalism is perfect but the idea that working to acquire wealth is wrong doesn't help.
