Hello all...over the week I got to try the mystery of the said conical scarler ringI managed to lock on MTN channels on NSS 7 at 20W with a 130cm offset getting quality of 28% on Qsat...funny thing am getting picture even if the quality drops to 6%... That's because the to needs just 1db to get a lock
I tried the same on 90cm bt didn't get a lock..Bt the meter registered some noise showing a 100cm would do fine n lock
Swung the lnb with the scaler ring onto Mesat 91.5°E n got promising results locking on toto 3960V hosting the History HD with a quality of 83% on the Qsat

Well, you'll need to edit the current VPID: Go to Main Menu, Manual Scan, Select the Frequency you want to edit and press EPG button on RCU. Then go ahead and edit.
