hi all, i did some installation for some guy in thika the past weekend he had a star gold fuji pf lnb an 8 ft pf dish.the setlite was eutelsat 25b the one for b***sp***ts.everything worked perfect .the following day he started complaining about scratches during the night and come morning everything is normal even when its slightly drizzling.what could be the problem here?signal becomes poor at night from seven in the evening and normalizes in the morning.any one with hints on where to start the trouble shooting?thanks in advance

If the LNB is single, try upgrading it to either a Stargold Fuji Twin LNB for PF dishes or even better a Quad LNB.

I have apstar 7 & is20 combined. apstar as primary. problem I can't achieve higher than 62% on kix(scratches during rainfall). has anyone had is20 as primary & succeeded? photo please

upgrade to the version dated 1st December then factory reset and start a fresh. Dont copy/upgrade user db or rather dont upgrade using your saved channels. Had a similar issue am now sorted. check freesat.cn for further advice.

This seems to b a 1 Dec 2015 bug lol....

THE FIX:
Change the date setting from "GMT" to "User" and then change the month from 12 to 10.

Freesat have a fix.
