African Satellite World and Sat Gear

A sign of not doing his homework well ie previous posts.

Previous posts by msondaa #11593...its better to make the combined lnb yourself coz you can play around with the skew of the ku lnd which is on top, hizi za dukani ziko fixed and overpriced. i also wouldnt advice on using superglue to connect this two lnbs sababu kwa muathiriwa wa ASAS hio setup sioni ikikaa more than two months => https://www.jamiiforums.com/tech-ga...lite-world-and-sat-gear-580.html#post11940685

By dejumbo #11587... C & Ku band combination LNBs are very easy to make. All you need is a hacksaw to cut the bottom of a C band LNB. Also super glue to attach the Ku LNB to the hole in the C band LNB.

This combination comes in handy on satellites like IS 20 @ 68.5 degrees East which carry both C & Ku band channels. Some years ago a Ugandan forum member (Bosteve) did it and shared his pictures on former RDI site.

Here are his pictures to give you an idea how to join the two LNBs => https://www.jamiiforums.com/tech-ga...lite-world-and-sat-gear-580.html#post11938501

Sometimes one doesn't ve time to go back to the notes, again, if we all refer our queries to the earlier notes, this forum 'll be more quiet and boring.
Even in class, a teacher (pole kwa wao) have to keep reminding all what they had learned earlier.
Lastly, our memory isn't always the same, some of us are old to keep each an every detail since Kungu started posting. Ni hayo tu.
i totaly agree with you, sometimes the so called previous post could be several pages back, you check you cant locate and finally you give up and loose uot a lot.lets assist each other please

You have bloated the file size above 32kb, make sure its below 32kb by deleting some unwanted keys, either viaccess or any to maintain size.
