Flybird tutorial on how to stream via vlc will be most appreciated.

Hi jokheny,
Please visit this site for comprehensive tutorial on how to setup vlc. How to Stream Videos and Music Over the Network Using VLC
Then on the decoder open iptv menu. select Add (F1).
Enter any Channel name.
For url enter IP Adress of your LAN computer where VLC was set, eg: "http://192.168.1.100:8080"
The last part is the port usually default is 8080.
Play your stream on vlc while the channel on the decoder is listening.
Good luck.
Note: to know your computer's LAN IP Adress type, ipconfig in command prompt.

1) Does openbox V8 Combo opens d*g*t**k package at Eutelsat 7A?

2)How is it fairing on cont***ntal package at Amos 5 ( 17 degrees East) in terms of audio? is the sound distorted?

Hi,am able to reply que(2) as am unable to receive d*g*t**k goodies here mombasa. There's no sound distortion in the said package on Amos 5...and signal is very stable

"The RF modulator is used to connect a second TV on your receiver if needed (old technologies but still popular in many countries) it is not related with T or T2 capabilities."

On Sunday went up high in spirit to my setup ready to conquer 7E, didnt get fully dissappointed though. I couldnt manage to add a second (Eurostar) LNB to my 180pf stargold fuji to nab the mouthwatering goodies. changed alognment to get 7E managed to get only part of African beam like 120 channells. Now could anyone who has 180pf setup and managed to combine 7E & 7W upload some pics so i can try to copy his work. I had even ruined the position of 7w but was happy to bring it back. NB 7W is prime.

Finally with 179p my decoder 4922 is starting to get somewhere... just tried IS20 p**er *u on 4064 and they worked... dunno why they didnt with 178p ???

Kiss TV and the entire BAMBA package went off air when an aircraft crashed on their transmission masts in Limuru over the weekend. I'm not sure if they are back on air.

This are my findings….
PowerVu channels cannot work on all receivers, because, as far as I know, only works on dvb-s2 cards and few receivers like the new Openbox, Strong etc.
Enigma2 receivers aren't supported because powervu is decrypted using DES code
Instead of CSA and enigma receivers aren't ready for that, they could be ready but nothing appear until now.
The DES code is missing on enigma2 part which manufacturers and coders can fix that
It is ok to add keys and view through dub dream or dub viewer on PC
Latest constant.cw for enigma boxes for use with CCcam and oscam
Save test as constant.cw with notepad++ and place in var/keys

In case you are experiencing problem with KTN and NTV on AMOS 5 just manual scan the tp host them and report back

On my side loud and clear currently at Q74% on srt 4922 90cm dish.
