Hi blackninjah..i got the patch v1.76p for digi goodies but problem am having is when i select file manager on my srt4922...im unable to go about it..there are options of select disk, theres a folder labeled /usbo/..is the software supposed to expose itself in what manner of operation im i supposed to follow

An update: In the last few minutes I've updated to v3.16p software, done a factory reset and blind-scanned E7A. The same scenario persists. At signal level of 82%, the 4950H does not seem to lock on to this tp (11617 v 30000). Anyone with a solution to this?

After update my srt 4950h with the latest software V3.20P and did factory set/default,I was caught in this situation but managed to have a solution.first of all start by...
SRT 4950H STEPS.
1,Press menu button
2,Go to USB Expansion
3,Select USB menu
4,Press yellow button to upload
5,Select upload all software upload all software => SRT-Backup
upload data => channelist
upload key => softcam 1.key.
All your upload files will be stored in USB MENU >>> ALL or SOFTWARE.
Then you can install software and files>>> data channelist or softcam 1.key afterward.
After that start update software the same one in the Srt or any latest v3.15-20p software.When updating software it will start with SW Erase and then SW Write,on the first stage of "SW Erase" switch power OFF on the external switch and then ON after 2-5 seconds,the srt will start updating software...
1,SW Read
2,SW Erase
3,SW Write.
Your Srt will be left with the old software, mine was left with v3.09p after that process. Meanwhile you can use the one leftover or update your Srt with another software... v3.07p to v3.12p and follow the process of
upload data => channelist
upload key => softcam 1.key.
Then manual scan the missing channels of TPs 11617v and 11534v or blind scan your receiver afresh.

Kevin. I suspect you are trying to update the software in it's zip format. Please re-insert the disk to the computer and extract the file (you can just copy/cut it from the .zip folder and paste it) to the disk. Insert the disk to the receiver and repeat what you are doing. Remember to also press 6969 and then 6969 to activate the update. Report back the results.

upload key => softcam 1.key on a flash disk.
Then factory set/default and upload back software channelist and softcam 1.key,know I am receiving the said channels loud and clear with the latest software v3.20p

That's true,after followed the said process I was able to nab channels on tp 11617v using the old software that was left in the srt v3.09p. Note that the srt will not accept software v3.07 or v3.09p it refer it as old software only the magic will solve the problem.
