This is a very easy bird to catch, you need,
1, a satellite dish 90 cms will work just fine
2, a ku lnb, any will do
3, a decoder
NB
98% of the channels here are in french and are $$$ (scrambled) ie, unless you have other means of opening them and if you do manage to open 22w, please make sure you put a strong password on your decoder coz as you know the french love things.

Hi asas members.i have 240cm(8ft) eurostar pf dish, ground mounted,srt 4922, fuji gold lnb, location south c nairbi.tracked and locked on 7e euro beam.my problem is this, tp 11512h29900 can only be viewed if I use another unpowered decorder with loop out to feed my srt 4922 lñb input.

if I connect the srt 4922 directly to the lnb, I get signal of 95%,quality of 32%.this applies to eurosports, e entertainment, natgeo, animal planet etc. Currently am getting 95% signal with quality of 72% using the loop out of astrovox decoder with above mentioned channels stable. What is the problem?srt 4922 tuner problem or something am not doing right? Currently on patch 171 from crosat.Please advice.

Anyone care to help?woke up this morning and the problem channells showed for 15 mins with quality of 70% then dropped out to 33%.this is with the loop out method outlined in my earlier post.guys pls help, getting desperate.

Experienced the same too on the discoveries channels tp.the solution was to use a line amp or a 4x1 diseq switch as an amp....works well

AZAM Television is the new Ugandan Premier League (UPL) broadcast right holders and has since changed the league name to Azam Premier League (APL). The deal is worth 1.9 million US dollars as the campaign gets underway on February 17 for the second round with the fixtures already out.

However, Azam competitor, SuperSport international, has reacted on the deal citing FUFA as having breached the legal fiveyear binding agreement. "SuperSport International notes with grave concern media reports which indicate that broadcast rights to Ugandan club football have purportedly been sold to another broadcaster in violation of its rights.

SuperSport signed a fiveyear broadcast rights deal with then league managers USLL in 2011. The deal saw the South African- based TV giants take over in the 2011/12 season but hell broke lose at the start of the 2012/13 season when FUFA withdrew the mandate to run the league from USLL.

Super- Sport will seek legal redress on the matter though.... They did so and lost....is this a new beginning as the cookie crubbles to the south African company as the local leagues follow suits and also our beloved EPL....hope it will to the benefit of the customer....

I have experienced this too recently. The signal for D*g*t*rk tps dropped at once from Q-78% to 39%. I tried an inline amp as well as a Eurostar four-way disceq switch as an inline amp but to no avail. I'm using a roof mounted 180cm pf, quad fuji gold lnb and a srt 4950h.

After all the realignment the customer will come out smilling. now KBC set to air local matches.

It's all systems go for the 2015 Kenyan Premier League after broadcast rights holders SuperSport and KBC on Thursday entered into a partnership that will see state broadcaster air select matches.

The two parties say the move is aimed at taking football to the masses. Under the arrangement, SuperSport will cater for production with KBC airing select matches every weekend. The South African pay television giant at the same time will continue airing the bulk of the league games.

Speaking during the unveiling of the partnership, Andre Venter, SuperSport's head of Africa said: "This is a short but sweet announcement. We want to ensure that the top flight football is watched by the masses. We have a broadcast contract with KPL and we are determined to make it better.

"We are also proud of the KPL product. We have seen it grow from strength to strength since 2007 and it can only get better with our support," he enthused.

AMICABLE SOLUTION

On the league composition feud that has seen Football Kenya Federation and KPL part ways, Venter said that he hoped for "an amicable settlement".

"It's (the feud) obviously a challenge and it's not something we would like to see." KBC's Program Manager Monica Waceke hailed the move saying: It is a privilege to partner with SuperSport and as we continue to air these games, it is a big benefit to Kenyans who don't access pay TV."

Others in attendance were KPL chairman Ambrose Rachier, Chief Executive Jack Oguda and SuperSport East African manager Auka Gecheo.

Auka said that they are determined to broadcast more matches this term. Last season, SuperSport aired 70 percent of the top flight league matches.

On his part, KPL chairman, Ambrose Rachier, affirmed the body's preparedness for the league kick off. "We do not really care what happens with the other league(FKF Premier League).We will go ahead and concentrate with ours."

TEAMS READY

Oguda confirmed that the 16 clubs that will participate in their league have received the affront Sh1.5 million and the February stipend of Sh550,000 after signing commitment letters.

The partnership with KBC comes barely eight weeks after SuperSport extended its broadcast partnership the KPL to 2021. The initial agreement signed in 2007 expires at the end of this season.

So for the gurus..is the 4950h tuner better than 4922? Any way got an almost new(3weeks old) 4922 for sale.6k, latest patch 171,box,all accessories included,6 ft eurostår pf dish(3weeks) old 6k.inbox with ur offers.

Great. I still think SRT4922 is the benchmark and is more realistic in terms of signal quality, for 7E on 4922 channels stabilise at 60% which i think is 75% and above on 4950. The real test is when there is bad weather, you will judge on how fast the signal drops....VIVA FTA!!
