Pay TV firm Multichoice has cut by half the retail price of its set-top boxes. Speaking at a media briefing at a Nairobi hotel, Multichoice general manager Felix Kyengo said the reduction by 50 per cent would enable consumers to ready themselves for digital migration, set for December and next year. The price of a set-top box has been reduced to Sh1,799 from Sh3,999. This comes with a two-month subscription, he said.
