hello ndugu
The 240cm offset fibre dishes can be transported from Dar es salaam to Mombasa at a charge of 4,000 ksh @. Usafiri wa kufikisha dishes Nairobi from Dar is still a challenge.

Good Evening NGUVUMOJA,

I got the 2.4 meter offset dish from an NGO company who were working in Southern Sudan before the moved base to Kenya.

The NGO were using the dish for internet access but

The were using the dish for internet access.

The dish was sold to me for 300 dollars.

I use the dish to access Badr 5/6 sat.

Hello House

true, my TV3 on Astra 2F opens without having to manually key in the Biss Key.. i'm also using SRT 4950H (with Multi TV update) .....

Anyone receiving Astra 2F at 28.2° East from Nairobi with a 90Cm?
I want to turn my Eutelsat 8 West-A dish towards the Astra, just to enjoy some live sports and "so much more for less". And what dish size are members from Mbita and Western Kenya using? Lyngsat and Flysat indicates that one needs 105-135Cm dish. It's been months since I visited my dishes ....! My 90Cm on 8West-A has been idle since departure of the MBCs! This ASAS disease wont let go! Thanks.

local chanels free on my STARTIMES decorder, ithink this is as the result of yesterdays court ruling. enjoe while they last. KTN, NTV, QTV,CITIZEN TV
Most likely, these local channels are back "forever" on star times. The Media owners are happy now that the court ruled they should be given a license and Star Times should retain theirs. I guess all the local channels will return on the Signet platform too. Once I am back to my DVB-T2 FTA setup, I will re-scan and confirm.

All local Kenyan digital TVs channels are back across all digital platform. Now I think here in Kenya we need to think and act like ndugu zetu wa Tanzania and just switch all analog transmissions.

Please someone confirm if these channels can be nailed using a normal fta dvbt2 decoder

you will not loss signal in any: nilesat, 7a, Amos, and c band Arabsat 5C down. making 7 a to be on the main lnb hold. am talking about 180 cm prime dish.

Not at the moment....I hav taken my pleas from shop to shop in luthuli and river road and the answer is just the same......we cant stock the 150cm dish coz it aint a fast mover plus its bulky

that will push us to start fabricating the 150cm with fibre glass....building a near perfect copy 🙂
thats the spirit. If you dont do it first i will.
