For SRT4950H:
Save software under empty USB flash drive and rename it as “rom.bin” Insert the USB into decoder. Switch main power ON while pressing the “Power” key on front panel of the decoder. The decoder will automatically detect the software and download it. Wait for the decoder to reboot and remove your usb flash drive. Report back if successful.

download SRT loader kwa deskstop n the SRT 4950 firmware.use rs232 cable to load the firmware.it should work.
