Smason LNB zimekuja Abasheikh electronic bei 2K

I have today seen the very same type SAMSON Quad at M.S. Electronics near Usafi Market here in Kampala.
They are selling at 50K (UGX) which is approx. 1,666 KShs.

I recently installed a 6ft prime focus and stargold ku lnb thank to Freddygaz. Am locked on 7e but not all TPs came up and I read about circular scalar rings. Will they help increase the quality?

Pole @ permie am just seeing this now (just registered into this forum today). The popcorn method works. But I realized some time ago the factory reset pass for Astrovox is often 0000. Did you try that for factory reset?

I had tried it too didn't work coz it has password on the reset too

Yes they may. Never the less, dish size is the ultimate dictator.

Hi Members,
Need some advise from those using srt 4922 with 3G modem. I failed to browse or evn watch IP TV even after connecting my fully loaded Huawai 3G modem (E3131 21mbps). From Ip Settings, i select 3G and it clearly shows that i am connected. But if i try eg: to watch IP tv or YouTube, it keeps on searching and then eventually says Network error.
What could the problem be?. The modem connects very well using a computer.

Have you enterf the APN and Phone Number? Am on Safaricom KE. My APN is 'internet' while the Phone Number is '*99#'. All without the quotation marks. Some 3G modem must be authenticated - Enable.
Good luck.

Simply restart the box. If that doesn't work, connect the box via the LAN port using a router, then remove the router and connect directly using the 3g modem. It should work. Remember to apply the correct settings for each connection.

I've no idea what the Astrovox 8900 hd looks like; meanwhile as you wait for someone conversant with the Astrovoxes to surface, that red button is the right way to start, as you can only access the CA table when the patch is activated. In most STBs, the patch menu is accessed in the installation section of the main menu or under the tools section. Another approach will be to activate the patch and then thoroughly examine all sections and subsections of the main menu. I'm convinced you'll find a solution there. :A S wink:

Thanks Edson for your input, I will continue trying. Meanwhile I am reading through Many of the

Thanks Edson for your input, I will continue trying. Meanwhile I am reading through the forum now at around page 46. I was lost to follow up after the good old days of RDI, just joined Jamii last weekend. I am amazed to see all the guys are still alive and kicking in here. But I counld not fail to notice the brief and fiery entry Vegal made in April last year! Hehehehe... Wishing him all the best though. He tried to con me though. May he find better times ahead. OK.

Thanks for the tip, i have the APN entered but no phone number. i will put the phone number too and try. my only question is, Is it the phone number of the sim card in the modem?, am asking this becoz your example looks too short to be a phone number.
