Wow, that is really ambitious! - from what I read, the tolerance for imperfections in the surface are very small for Ku band, and yes, you really do need to get the geometry right, although I cannot help you here, but I think you will find some useful web sites if you google. Good luck and let the forum know of your progress and results. If your welder does good work for you, he will have a lot of business!

Are you sure you pole mount is perfectly upright? i remember one member on this forum from your location had some issues with some tps from 7W location and the problem was the pole mounting.
in fact with a 135cm offset, you could have both (7degrees west), 7degrees East(7A) and (Amos 5) on same dish running at the same time, this is my current setup ( 7A LNB should be in the right lnb holder, after hitting green, position th Nilesat LNB about 1ft above and slightly foward, you should get quality on fox movies of about 70% considering that you are farther away from the beam, then place the Amos 5 LNB about 10cm below the 7A lnb and slightly foward. Good luck bro!. my location is Kampala Uganda.

i have tried the whole day to nab nilesat102/201 and e7wa with 90cm dish with vain, even ses5 has a low quality 56 using stargold lnb what the problem even failed to nail e7a with the same dish advice please
