And for JSC, now Bein sport ASAS and lovers on the fringe, Eutel 25B/As'hail-1 @25.5 is the sat to hunt, from Nairobi to Dar to Kampala. Bein seem to be only advertising TPs on this sat as the place to be for their HD1-15 which will be showing all the football. I guess from Aug. They will try to make all Mena HD sports lovers to migrate here (your guess is as good as mine). My fringe experience tells me that you can nab this bird in Nairobi using 1.6m offset comfortably or even 130cm probably 180cm prime focus!!!!!!!......not proven but a challenge to all ASAS in and around Nairobi but Kampala should be possible.

CORRECTION: Actually Kungu managed to get the MENA Tps on this satellite as soon as it started transmitting.
He reported his findings on 2-11-2013 after using a 120cm offset dish to get them and was planning to test a 90cm offset to nab the same as per his report below.

"Eutelsat 25B / Es'hail-1 @ 25.5° East fired up this week.
From tests carried on a 120cm offset dish, I can get the 2 frequencies currently on the Mena footprint.
Frequency 11665 V DVB-S SR 27500 and Frequency 11679 H DVB-S SR 27500
Eutelsat 25B (@ 25.5° East) is close to Badr (@ 26° East) with less than 0.5 degree difference thus you can hit both birds with one lnb. Yet to test on 90cm offset dish. Eutelsat 25B signal strength is higher than badr's."

It's located on Luthuli Lane directly opposite Kijana Msafi Hotel. The way to access it is, if for instance you're on Luthuli Avenue, walk up to the Luthuli/River Road junction then take a right turn. After about two or three buildings, you'll come upon an alleyway on your right labelled Luthuli Lane. You'll find Riwara hapo mbele on your right side.
